When we came in because our current floor was falling apart, Jacob helped us figure out which floor would be the best replacement for us. When he came out to do the measurements he even brought the samples we were trying to decide between so that we could see what they looked like with the lighting in our house.
Fernando was our installer and he went above and beyond for us. There were several places where our floor was sagging or where the subflooring had some issues. He took the time to fix all those problems and make sure everything was level so that we wouldn't have any future issues with our flooring. He also worked very efficiently so that we would be able to have our main floor back as soon as possible (and with 3 little kids that made a world of difference). On top of all of this he is an incredibly nice and friendly person.
