It's a pretty good experience however I highly suggest sitting somewhere in the middle of the theater as it can be a little overly loud from one side or the other.

The past 5 times I’ve been to this cinemark my theater has been SO INCREDIBLY HOT AND UNCOMFORTABLE and everyone was sweating, no one wants to sit through a movie sweaty and hot.

I’m writing to share a frustrating experience we had at your theater on Sunday, September 7th, during the 6:55 PM showing of Weapons.
When we arrived, a staff member directed us to a theater that was labeled as showing a different movie. We double-checked, and the employee assured us that there had been a mix-up with the signage and that Weapons would be playing there. We trusted this information and took our seats, only to be approached later by other guests who informed us we were in their assigned seats.
We returned to the lobby, and after more staff got involved, we were finally redirected to the correct theater, located on the opposite end of the building. We had to quickly gather our things and rush across the complex, barely making it in time as the movie was starting.
Unfortunately, the issues didn’t end there. That theater was extremely hot and uncomfortable—so much so that there was a large fan placed at the entrance. It seemed like the projector was overheating as well, as it was abnormally loud throughout the film. We were seated in the top row, and the noise was so distracting it made it hard to hear parts of the movie. Additionally, there was confusion among other moviegoers in the theater who thought they were seeing The Conjuring, not Weapons.
We’ve always enjoyed visiting Cinemark, but this experience was genuinely disappointing. We hope steps can be taken to avoid this kind of confusion and discomfort in the future.

Awesome theater very easy to get around and get tickets and snacks! Very big screens and great sound in the theatres with awsome reclining chairs! Will definitely be coming back

It was a nice theater. I didn’t like that the reclining seats didn’t go “back” just out. First world problems though haha!

Had a great time each time I went. Only issue is how I spent 40 just for tickets and another 20 for popcorn and a drink even as a rewards member for 2 people that price is just astronomical. Their profit margin on this stuff is huge because they force you to buy there food at triple the price it's not a convenience fee if your forcing people to use it
