I loved my experience here so much! My stylist Daniele was so sweet and helpful, the manager (I believe her name was Kristin) was also incredibly helpful over the phone when I was scheduling my appointment and answered all my questions. The dresses here are absolutely beautiful and I didn't feel rushed or pressured as I was trying them on. The dresses are also decently priced and affordable for brides with a smaller budget.

First off, this shop is AMAZING. It’s so cute! I didn’t end up getting my dress here but I have to write a review because my experience here was great. The ladies were not only professional but I laughed a lot the majority of the time. The women here made me feel so welcome and beautiful no matter what dress I had on.

If I could give a 0/5 I honestly would. Whoever was there was extremely unprofessional and rude, arguing with me about dresses? I have honestly never written a bad review anywhere because most of the time it’s not necessary. But I will never return to this place. I had really high hopes for this place and planned on purchasing from them. After the unprofessional staff and them having ZERO dresses to actually try on (after they knew my size and knew I was coming in, and AFTER I waiting around in slc and drove an hour to come specifically to them, I wish I wouldn’t have waisted my time. Their website showed they had so many dresses available and that was false advertising 100%. Note to owner, if you’re trying to build clients and have a good word of mouth, maybe inform your patrons that you have zero items for purchase BEFORE their appointments. A little communication goes a long way.

This shop is amazing! Everyone is so kind and friendly! Their dresses are affordable too! If you want to customize your dress this place is for you. I went to multiple shops that wanted 8,000 and that's before all the customizations I wanted to make. But I spent under 2,000 on my dress. My dress is everything I wanted and more. They communicated with me during the entire process of my dress being made and checked in multiple times to make sure my dress was looking how I wanted it to. I went to finally see my dress in person today and it took my breath away. It was exactly what I hoped and dreamed of. It was stunning and the quality is amazing! Don't waste you're time anywhere else I'm telling you Cocomelody will be the winner! They have so many styles to choose from that are beautiful on their own, even if you don't want to make a bunch of changes this shop is for you!

I had such an AMAZING experience at Cocomelody in Riverton!! Daisy was my stylist and she was so helpful and made sure I was comfortable. They were able to help me find my dream dress and I am SO grateful! This shop is perfect because they only take one bride at a time so the whole experience is very personal. I 1000% recommend Cocomelody!

Edited review: The new owner contacted me and fixed my issues so I gave 3 stars. They seem to be under better management now. I appreciate their new customer service.
Old review: The dresses themselves were beautiful and pretty affordable, however the customer service and communication were so terrible I had to write a review. After buying the dress it was a nightmare for me. I was emailed that my dress was ready for pickup, so I went to pick it up (which itself was difficult because they changed locations further away and didn't notify anyone.) I called several times to ask if I could pick it up and no one answered. When I arrived, they said I couldn't pick it up. I had to make an appointment to pick it up (which was never mentioned in the email or prior.) I made an appointment with the girl there, who then never followed up. They made me an appointment on a day they were CLOSED. I had another appointment made, and on that day I was able to pick it up, but they didn't have the dress bag that I PAID for. It would've been fine if I had still gotten it, but I emailed and called them several times and was never able to pick it up. I had no dress bag on my wedding day. It takes several emails and weeks for them to ever reply. But it gets worse. I kept contacting them to get a refund on the bag and they claimed that they have new owners now so they can't refund it. This is straight up robbery I'm so upset over this whole process. I don't know how they've stayed in business. Save yourself a headache.

Wasn't an amazing "wow I found my dress!!" experience when I found my dress. Didnt get the fun picture infront of the wall saying I found my dress or whatnot. I did find the dress. Wasn't informed it would be delivered there. They changed ownership and left them with no information about clients or their dresses. Thank goodness I called because I got information about my dress. I went in the second time to pick it up and WOW! night and day difference. Des was warm and welcoming super fun upbeat personality and made me feel special. I wished they owned the shop when I first found my dress. I'm grateful for the new ownership for taking care of me. I need a veil and you bet I'm working with them.

so first off i made an appointment at 11am then they texted me the day before saying that for some reason there were 2 appointments at 11am and if i could come in at 12pm instead. i didn’t really mind so i went in at that time. when i got there on time, they weren’t done with the previous appointment and i had not gotten helped until around 12:20 which only gave me 40 minutes to try on dresses. i had a budget in mind. i had looked at there instagram and their website and the prices looked right up my alley. their instagram stated that their prices start at $429. the prices on the dresses were apparently wrong and they had not changed them. i asked the consultant what their dresses range from and she said they all start at $1300. that was more than what i wanted to spend but tried them on anyway to see what style i like. she was kinda trying to rush me when she said “you should start trying on the dresses now because i have another appointment at 1pm.” as if she hadn’t taken her sweet time with the previous party taking pictures and letting her take 20 minutes more trying on other dresses.i was honestly expecting more from a bridal shop.
