Printology is a print shop known for its great prices and very fair, affordable service. The staff are described as awesome, super helpful, polite, friendly, talented, and knowledgeable. They provide personalized service, are understanding and accommodating, and do not push more expensive options. Customers appreciate that the employees are prompt, can help with any project start to finish while you wait, and will notice and fix file errors.
The business is considered an asset to the community where the prints often turn out better than expected. Their web form for submitting projects is smooth. A unique aspect is their ability to provide on-the-spot service for more than just basic copies.
A common point is that the shop can get really busy, leading to slow service and a wait, sometimes around ten minutes. The model requires having a lot of time for a visit. However, reviewers consistently say it is worth the wait and worth it, with many stating they will always go to Printology and do not go anywhere else anymore. They are highly recommended for both personal and business printing needs.
