Absolutely terrible customer service and mistakes are made far too often. Too many stories about this company, we just know we will never use them again and we will tell everyone to avoid them at all costs.

Ruined our cruise shirts. So disappointed in the transaction from beginning to end. Got 50% back for the mistake but no compensation for the cost of the shirt. An expensive waste for us. Would give a zero if I could.
