The staff here are absolutely wonderful. Now, you must realize that timing is crucial to understand the rating I gave. The sooner you can refill in the morning, the better a chance you can get in and out in a jiffy. They are kind, conscientious, and helpful. It's definitely worth letting CVS corporate know that they are rockstars!

Always very helpful when they’re open. But do not trust the hours that are posted online. The store is open, but the pharmacy itself closes at 6 PM.
They really do need to update their website and the Google information page to give correct hours separate from the store hours.

I like.
This location because the pharmacy is open until nine, Also you have to shop the Sales and the extra Care card 5 dollars and a months gives you 10 dollars credit. The management and staff are helpful and friendly.

After the CVS in the American Fork Target made a huge mistake and left me with an hour to find another pharmacy that had my child's prescription in stock for tonight this place was a huge help! I wish I remembered the employees name but even thought they did not have it she helped me find a few options that had it in stock that I could get the prescription transferred and filled tonight.

I've never had great service at the American Fork CVS, in Target. Today, however there was an older man helping, and he was rude and made the already poor customer experience they offer even worse. Disappointed.

I used to love going to CVS and using their coupons and extra bucks rewards, but today was not a good experience. I used the self check out and before I left an employee (I believe her name is Rosie) basically accused me of stealing. Like, why would I even use coupons if I was stealing like she thought I was. She is the only employee I've had a problem with. She was very rude and condescending.

Worst automated system. Kept on sending me to the wrong department and I couldn't even even understand the first person who answered so it took a while to realize I had been transferred the wrong place. Nothing against people with accents, just think you should be able to understand the customer service representative that answers the phone. Won't be using them in the future knowing that every time I would have a question I'd have to spend five minutes dealing with their horrible phone system before even having the chance to talk to someone.

Pharmacist was super quick to go out of his way to help me even though I only had a one off need/request, which I didn’t pay anything for.
