This CVS store is known for its helpful and friendly staff who treat customers with respect and kindness. Customers appreciate that the staff is transparent and good at solving problems, making their experience positive even during busy times. The pharmacy team provides quick service, with many customers reporting wait times of less than 10 minutes for prescriptions, flu shots, and vaccinations, especially when shopping later in the evening. Online services, like vaccine reservations, are easy to use, and the staff is helpful and cheerful when providing vaccinations and proof of immunization. The store offers a variety of products, often with discounts such as 90% off after holidays or "Buy 2 get 1 free" deals, though some find the candy prices a bit high. While the staff is excellent, some customers are concerned about rising prices, noting that CVS often charges more for the same items compared to other stores. Overall, the store is conveniently located and provides good service, but pricing may be a drawback for some shoppers.
I have never had such poor service at a pharmacy. They continually play phone tag with my doctors to the point that my meds get filled late. The staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Dealing with medicine in this country is hard enough without having to deal with this kind of garbage.

I had to use CVS because of my insurance. The woman I spoke to was very kind and seemed very on top of it. However the prescription wasn't ready for a whole MONTH. I put the prescription in Feb 9th ish maybe earlier. I JUST now got the call it's ready. I'd rather quit my prescription than deal with this

Time for a new pharmacy. Unfortunate beacuse the staff has always been kind and pleasant. Long waits only to find out prescriptions aren't filled, long waits again because you have to come back, terrible phone tree just to request refills. This has been consistent. Time is too valuable.
