The store is great, staff is phenomenal, but I cannot say the same about the increasing prices at CVS. You guys have the exact same things as other stores but doubled the price. Why?

I went shopping tonight and Rosa or Rosy was rude, she told me they were about to close 4 times and every time she said it I tried to buy quickly, she had an aggressive attitude towards me. You should talk to her, I've seen more reviews with her name.

They have become slow. My doctor sent over a prescription yesterday. I had to call to see why it wasn't filled. This happen on my last prescription. They use to be very prompt now They are slow.

Had an awful experience and extremely rude customer service. I brought in a written prescription from my doctor and the pharmacist refused to give me medication for my next day appointment.

Arrived at 7:50 people with only a couple cars ahead of me. It's now after 8:30 and I'm still waiting.

My wife went through the drive thru just to pick up some medicine . After waiting for about 10 minutes in line she gets to the counter and the lady who greeted her said you have to come in to purchase that. My wife explained how she had two sleeping babies in the vehicle and asked if they could please pay here. The lady was abrupt and rude very disappointed that she refused to help when we have been able to do the same thing at other drive up Pharmacies.

Worst ever!!!! I wanted to change my prescriptions over but YOU NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!!! Why do you even have a phone number? I can’t change over prescriptions in your app so why don’t you get customer service to help people?

Worst responsiveness on their dial in number. No one answers. Constant run around with prescriptions. Sometimes wonder if they purposely refuse to fill some. The shortages can't be that bad, since I can get what I need at other pharmacies just fine. Alas I have to use cvs because of my mediocre insurance.

I have covid and trying to pick up paxlovid and the tech said they will get to us as soon as possible. It's been 15 min. I am crying because she finally came to the window after two cars drove away. There's an hour left for their pharmacy but she said she can only do what she can do. I hate that I have to use cvs. There are better pharmacies that aren't cvs. Don't use cvs pharmacy.

I needed an Rx filled today, Sunday. There was a mix up with the location I originally requested being closed on Sundays. Once the location was changed, Raichelle A. made sure my Rx was filled right away so I didn't have to wait too long. Thank you for excellent service and a cheerful smile today Raichelle.

Easily made a vaccine reservation online. When I showed up, they were friendly and greeted me. Their computer had everything I had submitted online. The pharmacist came out and gave the vaccine and gave me proof of vaccination (including lot number, etc). I actually had to call for a question before making the online reservation and the phone tree actually got me to a real person who was friendly and helpful.

If I could give this Zero stars, I would. Brennan Vanweed the pharmacist is extremely unprofessional. We were sent to AF from Highland, then after waiting over 1 hour, he told us he couldn’t and wouldn’t help us. He refused to make a simple phone call to the Highland store to help us figure out what we should do. He just kept saying “I have to help other people. You have to leave.” When we asked him to help us since we had waited so long for our turn, he said he was going to call the police. All we asked him to do was call the Highland store so we didn’t have to go there and wait another hour in line again. He was rude and unkind and totally unprofessional. Don’t EVER go here if you can avoid it. They are NOT in the business of helping patients.

They have a bad service, one can be waiting more than 10 minutes and the prices are still very high, the medicine that in Walgreens or Walmart costs me 35, you give it to me for $107

I drove from West Haven to this pharmacy to grab a prescription I need for an MRI. The pharmacy told me they could not transfer it. So I had to drive down to American Fork to pick it up. Upon arrival the pharmacist told me they didn’t have my prescription. He then told me to wait in my car in the parking lot and he would call my phone after he called the doctors office. That was at 1445. It is now 1930. I sat there for about 10 minutes before really getting a strong feeling he wasn’t actually going to follow through. He knew I had a long drive back home to West Haven so I left. To this very minute I still have not received that call he said he would make. Good thing I knew better than to sit in a parking lot waiting for a phone call. I would’ve got stuck in that nasty traffic all the way home!You guys really need to actually care about people and the inconvenience YOUR lies are doing to your customers mentally. I have severe PTSD from a bad car wreck (hence this prescription). The last thing I want to do is hang out in traffic with bad drivers during bad weather! But it didn’t seem as though I had a choice. If I wanted to get better I needed to get this medicine. Not only did you have me drive clear down there to get a medicine you refused to transfer. But once I got there it turns out you didn’t even have the medicine. Then you lied about checking on it…I just ended up reaching out to my doctor and explaining your negligent actions and asked him to send it elsewhere.HORRIBLE PHARMACY STAFF! LIARS. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE. Clearly it’s just a paycheck to them…especially the dark haired pharmacist with acne.
