I am writing on behalf of my grandparents regarding a recent quote they received for siding and cement work on their manufactured home. They were quoted $40,000, which is two to three times the rate of other estimates we have received.
While my grandmother signed a contract and was asked for a deposit, the representatives did not leave her with any paperwork or copies of the agreement. Upon realizing the cost was excessive, I had my grandmother call immediately to cancel the request and stop the check. The representatives expressed dissatisfaction with her decision, but this total is an unsustainable amount of money for a ten-year loan that my grandparents cannot afford.
Please stay vigilant to warn your elderly grandparents about this scam!

We have been playing with the idea of getting our siding replaced,DaBella came showed us what they offer, their product is superb! Top TOP of the line. We are very excited to see our home transformed. Russ was our rep, he is very knowledgeable, very professional, and answered all of our questions and we had several! His customer skills was so refreshing as many times it feels like reps are dazzling you with details, leaving you feeling like you’ve been in a paint ball war! Not these guys! ⚠️ WARNING – ELDER ABUSE THROUGH DELAYS, OVERPRICING, AND ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY ⚠️
I am writing this review on behalf of my elderly grandparents, and this has been one of the most frustrating and alarming contractor experiences our family has ever dealt with.

A roof replacement contract was signed on October 1, 2025. The contract clearly states the work would be completed by November 28, 2025.
👉 As of today, not a single shingle has been installed. No work. No progress. Nothing.
Communication is abysmal. My grandfather is never told when workers are coming. On the rare occasions someone does call, the workers either cancel at the last minute or simply never show up. When my grandparents try to call DaBella, no one answers. Voicemails are left and never returned.
The pricing alone should raise red flags. The quote was 2–3 TIMES higher than the average market rate, which is especially disturbing considering this was sold to elderly homeowners. After reading other reviews, it is painfully clear that we are not alone—many others report similar experiences, and it strongly appears this company targets seniors who may be less likely to push back.
To make matters worse, DaBella ordered the WRONG materials. Instead of immediately fixing their mistake, the incorrect materials sat around for weeks before being picked up, causing even more delays while new materials were reordered. This level of incompetence is unacceptable.
Let me be very clear:
• Contract signed 10/1/2025
• Completion promised by 11/28/2025
• ZERO work done
• Workers cancel or don’t show
• Calls unanswered, messages ignored
• Wrong materials ordered
• Excessive pricing
• Endless delays
• Elderly homeowners left in the dark
If DaBella responds to this review asking you to call the number they provide, actually try calling it. In our experience, it will likely go straight to voicemail or never be answered, just like every other attempt to reach them.
This has caused unnecessary stress, confusion, and anxiety for my grandparents. No elderly couple should be treated this way after signing a legally binding contract and paying outrageous prices.
DO YOUR RESEARCH. READ THE REVIEWS. THINK TWICE—ESPECIALLY IF YOU OR YOUR LOVED ONES ARE SENIORS.

Writing this review on behalf of my elderly grandparents.
The contract signed 10/1/2025 with DaBella to replace my grandfathers roof. The contract states the roof would be completed by 11/28/2025, yet as of today NO work has been done. Communication is almost nonexistent! calls go unanswered, voicemails aren’t returned, and when workers do call, they often cancel or just don’t show up!!!
The job was priced 2–3x higher than average, wrong materials were ordered, and weeks passed before they were even picked up. The constant delays and lack of accountability are unacceptable. After reading other reviews, it appears many families (especially elderly homeowners) have had similar experiences!
If you have any elderly family members or even just people you care about in the area make sure to warn them about DaBella! This predatory company goes door to door!!!

1. Contract signed Oct.1, 2025
2. Conpany dragging their feet. No work has been done on the roof
3. Lack of communication - Grandparents don't know when the workers will be there. The few times they have called, the workers will cancel or not even show up.
4. Overpriced 2-3x over average
5.Wrong materials ordered and then had to wait weeks before they picked it up and order new supplies
6. Lengthy delays
7. Seems as if the company preys on the elderly. Looking at the reviews, it appears others feel similarly
8. They say to call but no one will answer and if you leave a message they dont return it
9. Contract says it would be done by 11-28-2025 but no work has been done on the roof

Absolutely terrible experience. Do NOT use this company.
A contract was signed on October 1, 2025, and as of now no work has been done on the roof whatsoever, despite the contract stating the job would be completed by 11/28/2025, which constitutes a clear failure to meet contractual obligations. The company has dragged their feet from day one.
Communication is almost nonexistent. My elderly grandparents have no idea when or if workers will show up. On the rare occasions they do call, the workers either cancel last minute or don’t show up at all. When you try to call the company, no one answers, and voicemails are never returned.
They ordered the wrong materials, then let them sit for weeks before even bothering to pick them up and reorder the correct supplies, causing even more unnecessary delays.
The pricing is outrageous—2 to 3 times higher than the average, with absolutely nothing to justify it. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this company preys on elderly customers, banking on the fact that they won’t fight back.
This has been nothing but excuse after excuse, delay after delay, and zero accountability. If they respond to this review telling you to call them, don’t waste your time—no one will answer, and no one will call you back.
Save yourself the stress, frustration, and money. Look elsewhere.

My husband and I were interested in using this company's services and met with the General Manager a month ago. While my husband had a positive interaction with him, I felt dismissed and treated rudely. We later found out that the GM had been in contact with my husband's friend on a male only dating app, which made me question the professionalism of the interaction. Based on this experience, we have decided not to move forward with the company.
