Our sales person was amazing. Tanner was so knowledgeable, answered all questions. Delivered! What was discussed plus more. He explained the workings of the car, gave us a detailed tutorial on the car and offered person assistance as we learn more about the vehicle!!!We would work with him any day.

The salesman was kind and the rest of the employees seemed kind as well. The one issue I have is they ran my credit when I was told they would not. I asked several times while filling out the paperwork if they would because I was already pre-approved with outside financing. Every time I asked I was told that they would not be running my credit then they did and I received the notification while I was in the back. That’s when the finger pointing started. Outside of this dishonesty the overall experience was good, but no matter what they tell you they are going to run your credit.

A few years ago, I bought a used Kia, and right before a major road trip, my Kia Optima started having engine trouble. I contacted Doug Smith Kia in Lindon and scheduled an appointment. When the day came, I towed my car to the service department, where I was greeted by a friendly and professional young lady who helped me with my details and introduced me to a service rep named Luis. He was fantastic—friendly, efficient, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Doug Smith Kia, not only for their exceptional service team but also for their amazing sales staff when I purchased the car. I am still at least 10 days from the process being completed, but I'm confident that the outstanding service will continue.

Kourtney was amazing to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable, and customer oriented. And you can’t beat the Kia warranty. Bailey in finance was also awesome. They gave us a great interest rate and made sure we had all of our questions answered. Kourtney even helped us get the Kia Connect app all set up before we drove the car off the lot. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service!

Deleted my 5 star review I gave to the great Sales department to post this 1 star review about the service department. We have bought 2 cars from this dealership with plans on buying more. Up until now we’ve been happy with the experience. I have a 2024 Kia Forte GT with less than 10,000 miles that has gone into limp mode with a check engine light and a non functioning turbo. When calling service to inquire about getting it fixed under warranty the man on the phone was extremely rude. I explained the issue politely and he said “well we can’t get you in until the end of October.” I again politely explained it is a brand new car with only 9,000 miles and asked what I should do in the meantime if they can’t help me. He gave me a one word answer of “yeah” I then said, “so you’re telling me i’m SOL with a brand new car that’s broken down and there’s nothing you can do for me for 2 months?” Again he replies with a one word answer of “yeah” followed by silence. I’m appalled at the lack of customer service and rudeness. We will never be buying another vehicle from this dealership.

Smooth experience from start to finish. Our salesman, Tanner, was personable and helpful in getting us the exact vehicle that fit our needs best. We didn’t feel added pressure like is the experience at some dealerships. Doug Smith Kia was transparent and thorough which allowed a less-stressful and trusting experience. We are very excited for our new vehicle.

Zach took over on a sale for me and it was awesome! I got my dream car for the really low price range I had! And I am so beyond inlove with my car!! Car shopping wasn't going good until I came to them! 10/10 recommend car shopping with them and I definitely recommend working with Zach!
