Between the sales lady Mindy, the sales manager Doug and the finance guy that I unfortunately can’t remember his name, I am so very happy and please with my trade in value and my new Subaru. I definitely will be recommending to friends family and client and getting other vehicles from them as well. The whole process was smooth and didnt feel pushed or rushed into anything.

Michael Flaherty was an amazing help to us. We came in very late, near closing time, but Michael was able to assist us quickly with a test drive, answer all of our questions, and stay late to help us pull the trigger on a newly refurbished vehicle. He made us feel heard and seen and accommodated to all of our needs. He is my favorite car salesman I've ever interacted with to date.

So, our Subaru was having an odd noise, took it to a local mechanic. The guy told us it was the transmission (he doesn't do transmission work) and that we should take it to the dealer.
I've heard so many horror stories about going to the dealer for any type of big issues.
We went anyhow on a Tuesday expecting the worst, yelling them about the transmission. They took the car in and told us we would hear back from them on Wednesday morning. Wednesday morning we got a call, bad transmission, they also told us it was under warranty and they would take care of it...no issues. They gave us a new (200 miles on it) loaner car.
They expect to get our car back by next Tuesday. Atlas, they replaced the transmission with a new one and finished it Friday. No hic-ups, finished 5 days earlier than promised!
So so easy, removed any apprehension about taking a car to (thier) a dealership to have work done.
Thank you Doug Smith for an extraordinary experience

To the Management Team at Doug Smith in American Fork,
I’m reaching out because I’ve been a loyal customer for years, having done seven figures in business with your organization across Subaru, Dodge, and Jeep. My family and I have always come in with an open mind, open heart, and full respect for every person we deal with. Until now, I’ve had nothing but five-star experiences with your team.
However, my recent experience with a staff member named Marnie has been the most disappointing and unprofessional interaction I’ve ever had at your dealership.
Her approach was arrogant, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic customer-service ability. Her tone and choice of words were condescending, disrespectful, and absolutely not reflective of the standards I’ve known this dealership to uphold. This is especially frustrating considering I brought in a brand-new Grand Wagoneer, a flagship vehicle that deserves competent care and communication.
I want to be very clear:
I am not the kind of customer who complains. I value relationships and loyalty — and your organization has always been outstanding. But this situation is serious enough that it must be brought to management immediately.
I’m asking for the following:
1. A review of this interaction, so it doesn’t happen to another customer.
2. A direct contact within management whom I can work with moving forward for service needs.
3. Assurance that the level of professionalism I’ve experienced with the rest of your staff is the consistent standard.
Doug Smith has always operated at a five-star level. I expect that culture to continue, and I’m hopeful this issue can be addressed quickly and appropriately.

Update for everyone that was wanting to know what was going on the people‘s names at this. Dealership are Derek Cody and Rob. They are awful people who will ruin your credit score who will run fraudulent credit reports through the banks not put true information on your loan took me almost 3 months to get the fraudulent hard inquiries off, I would not recommend this Dealership. I would go to Ken Garff Ford in American work. They are awesome and will help you with any situation needed. Thanks to everyone who got back to me in my messages hope this helps y’all.

Just purchased a my first vehicle in nearly two decades. Michaela Goyen was a dream to work with. Her depth of knowledge and ability to focus on the the aspects that would meet my needs was incredible. I was surprised to hear she was a newer employee because of her depth, but that just goes to show that she puts in the time to make sure she knows what she is selling and cares about making sure you know what you are getting. When there were any concerns she immediately sought and provided solutions. Everyone else at Doug Smith was also easy to work with and sought solutions to meet my needs.
