Sales person was very attentive and set up a dressing room for things I wanted to try on. She got me a different size when I needed it. Price was good and liked my purchases.

I love going to Downeast! The clothes are darling and they have a huge selection. The staff are always very friendly and helpful! Absolutely one of my favorite places to shop!!

Love this Downeast location! The person that is in there every time I go in (not sure of her name, but maybe the manager? Tall with dark hair…) is amazing!! She is helpful for me and always sweet with my kids. She is always happy and looking for ways to help the customers. The store is always clean and organized, making my shopping trips easy and enjoyable!

I went to the Downeast in American Fork, I love this store because the ladies there are seem to always have a happy and helpful manner. They offer you choices without any pressure. Of course I enjoy the different styles of clothing always changing with the season.

Such a clean and welcoming store. I was greeted upon arrival and the staff was helpful but not pushy. There is always amazing clothes to choose from.

Staff is professional and friendly. Not overly salesy but they make sure you have help when you need it. I ended up having to return what I bought and it was a seamless process.

The sales staff were very sweet and helpful. The store was clean and well stocked. The only downside is Downeast clothes are extremely expensive!

I didn’t realize you had to keep the little old fashion receipt stapled to the big receipt for returns so I had to get store credit unfortunately. I didn’t read anywhere where it stated that it only said “original receipt” which to me was the big one. Other than that always loved how clean the store is and how happy the associates are.

The manager, Kayla, is super friendly and outgoing! She has become a great friend and acquaintance since shopping there. She does such a great job at training employees, utilizing their talents and love of clothing to help customers find a outfit they will love that looks good on their body type. Shopping here is always a pleasurable experience.

employees were not by my computer ready and willing to help. They helped me find dresses that were nursing friendly. Is a pretty good size. The only thing was they were out of certain sizes I needed.

I went in to get a swimsuit for my daughter. There was a darling lady who helped us and made sure we knew what the sales were and made sure that we had a dressing room and were taken care of. When I complimented her on her dress, she showed me where it was in the store. It was a good experience
