My first time visiting this business was this morning. They helped facilitate a used snowmobile sale/transfer for me as the buyer. They made the process really easy, and now I am going to have them service some of my other powersports equipment. All in all, I was very impressed with their service and the professionals I dealt with. The personality and attitude of all their associates was very positive, professional, and enthusiastic. I would definitely recommend them and I plan on sending them more of my business on my other powersport toys.

I have really loved my experience with these guys! They are close by, making my drive over there short and easy.
December 2023 I needed a tire change and they were more than happy to help me. They had a much better price than other businesses I had contacted and they were able to complete the service very quickly while also replacing the tire valves. Then, unfortunately, just a few days ago I got the bike out from storage after winterizing to find one of the tire valves had ripped open (not their fault, just a faulty valve) and I had a flat tire, so I called them and they were able to send someone over to get my bike on a trailer so they could take it and fix it with no extra cost. You guys are great and I will definitely be continuing my services at Duff Shelley's.

Good guys, bunch of old mechanics, who know what they’re doing. Did a lot of research on who I should have rebuild my engine for my Polaris razor. Looked at five different companies. They weren’t the cheapest, but I felt like they had the most experience, despite the shorterwarranty.
