Horrible customer service. Just trying to pickup my package and no one knows where it is. Been 3-4 days and no update from them either and i need my package.

Awesome!! I came in with a project. I started working on it by myself and Trista came to my rescue. She is so helpful. She did what I was trying to do in five minutes. I had been there already for 30 minutes.getting nowhere on my project. So, so great!!!! There was much laughter among the staff. Great energy in this place. Thank you so much! I went yesterday to do some print outs for my kid who has a entrepreneurship and I needed some advertising, I was lost on what to do and Tahiris was so so helpful. I really appreciated all the convenient stuff she suggested and the result was great! Im really grateful for the help!

Terrible experience. I showed up with a larger file on my computer, ready to print - just a single two sided color print. I walked in 10 minutes before they closed and they were helping 2 other people. By the time they were done, it was just a couple minutes before closing. They didn’t really want to help me out, and suggested I use the self-serve printer. When the file was too large to email to the store, they said I could buy a thumb drive. At this point they had turned the lights off and a co-worker suggested I go a couple stores over to OfficeDepot, and that they were open for another hour. I jokingly said, “So you’re kicking me out?” To which she replied, “Yeah, sorry.” The icing on the cake is that I went directly to OfficeDepot, and they had closed at the same time. Never returning to this place, which is sad because I’ve always gone here for small print jobs.

FedEx is terrible! I recently shipped an item I sold on eBay and got a price adjustment charging me an additional $45. They claimed my box was longer than it was stated when I bought my label. They claimed the box was longer than what was even printed on the box! Not to mention I cut things down so it would fit better and not move around in shipping. They also claimed the weight of my package was off by 30 pounds! Absolutely criminal to lie about things like this and charge additional money. You should be ashamed! I shipped close to 4,000 packages last year and I definitely won’t be using FedEx anymore.

I was deeply disheartened to experience denial of service based solely on the color of my skin. In that moment, I had to seek assistance from a woman who appeared to be of Asian descent (June) to help me with my package. This incident highlights that discriminatory practices in any form are unacceptable and warrant serious reflection and action.

Not a review on the Fedex store in American Fork, UT. Fedex shipping is terrible. I've received several packages from Fedex lately. They always push the delivery date out. I try to stick with UPS.

I had some invites printed through FedEx Office in AF, there was multiple errors with the file and the fonts kept getting messed up. They reprinted these invites 6 times until they got it right. I want to shout out Ethan since he was so patient and made sure I left there happy with the right invitations for my baby shower. Thank you Ethan! I can’t thank you enough!

Terrible customer service! We came in close to closing time and started to work on our self print job and when we asked the clerk, Ethan for some cardstock we needed to purchase, he quickly told us "we are closed, so you can't buy anything or start your print job". We looked at the time and it had JUST turned to 7pm. We told him we only needed 10 copies and asked if we could quickly do it on the self serve printers. He refused us rudely saying we hadn't started by the time the clock struck the hour, so a hard no was his response.

If you plan on making copies and or printing something and need help with the copy machine, you're on your own. They point you to the machines and you figure it out. Not the best or friendliest service.

Wouldn't release my package to me. I had the exact name, tracking number, and QR code from FedEx. Just because the address doesn't match on my ID?
The Clerk said that has always been the policy. I've been picking packages up there using the same ID/address for years. I did move a year ago, but I've gone in to this location at least a half a dozen times and without any problems before today.
If you're going to enforce a policy, be consistent about it!
