Lovely store. Similar to your typical dollar store, but slightly upped prices and quality! Pretty easy to find what you need, and the staff are always incredibly kind. Sometimes there are messes, but it's understandable with the amount of traffic and kids that come by.

HORRIBLE sanitary issues in the bathrooms! Both fecal matter and blood were all over the floor and wall in the first bathroom. The garbage was overflowing, the soap was bone dry (as in it hasn’t been changed for WEEKS), and the toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks either. I ended up going to the second one to wash my hands in hopes there was soap in there. There was just enough to thankfully. At least there wasn’t fecal matter or blood in there (that I could see) but it reeked like it hadn’t been cleaned in forever, the sink and toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in forever, and they had a bunch of cleaning supplies shoved all in one corner. That they obviously don’t use.
The employees were also VERY rude. The one that was “stocking” would literally push you out of the way just to throw something on the shelf. Not even hang it up or at least attempt to put it where it goes. As long as it was thrown on the same isle it’s supposed to go on, I guess it was good enough for her.
This store used to be the best, very well organized, clean, and always had friendly employees. After my experience today, I won’t be going back. I’ve seen disgusting bathrooms at businesses before, but NOTHING like this. I felt disgusting the rest of the night. You can tell they hadn’t been cleaned for weeks, maybe even months. So who knows what the rest of the store is like as well.

I genuinely love this store, but I bought a perfume there because it smelt exactly like the Ariana Grande ‘Cloud’ perfume she sells. Little did I know shortly after using it, my throat started closing up and I had to be admitted to the ER and am still having trouble breathing right. It made my airway close up a day ago, I took 2 allergy meds and 2 Benadryl but it did nothing. Finally I got 2 EpiPens injected, a steroid shot, Benadryl shot and had to have an X-ray of my lungs. It was a near death experience because I could barely breathe!! Do not buy any perfume from Five Below unless you want to be paying loads of money for the ER to save your life. The ingredients in that perfume are banned in Europe as well!! Use my photos for reference and don’t buy perfumes there!!!! The owner of Five below needs to help me pay for my hospital bill because it was there fault I almost died. Who else agrees with me?!

I like coming here to see some unique things, but this last visit I was disappointed. They have started charging you for their plastic bags but don't have any signs up letting you know. Keep that in mind when buying things you can't carry.

Had to wait in line as all self check outs are closed except one. Cashier was running the self check out and scoring the experience with highest score.... Took much longer and was quite annoying.

This location of Five and Below was very organized with good selection of whatever you're looking for. The bathroom was terrifying ? Had to lysol my shoes after that experience because of how scary the floor was. Otherwise really fun to shop here!
