Let me start out by saying Nick was very helpful. I came in asking about new battery and possibly charging port for my iPhone 13 Pro. He took a look at my charging port and about 30 seconds later had a ton of lint pulled out of it. We plugged it in and the phone started charging. He gave me a quote on a new battery as well and told me to come in when I was ready. Also spoke to me about how they service hand held gaming systems and iPads etc. Very helpful information given that we have kids that are rough on their devices in our house.
Nick is very professional and pleasant to work with. Most of all he wasn’t pushy at all. I am very happy with the service I received today and would definitely recommend people come check these guys out if you have any electronics that need repairs. Thank you again Nick.

I’ve broken my screen twice this year. Came to FixIT mobile this past round. Alex was amazing. Did a couple things above and beyond regarding some questions I had about my phone/current battery.

This place is awesome! Been coming to them for years. I work construction and my charger port always fills up with gunk and makes it a nightmare to charge my phone. They are always willing to clean it out no charge. The workers are so great! Would definitely recommend!

Really great place went to get me phone fixed because of battery wasn't charging help. The guy their helped me, and when I figure out I could get a new phone for cheaper than the repair. We called him and he cancelled the order. Excellent service. I highly recommend

We took an iPad in because the top of the charge cord broke off. The tech got the piece out and did not charge us. We will use FixIt in American Fork again.

I was recommended to FixIT Mobile to repair an IPAd that had a broken lightening cord in the charging a lot. Took it in and they were great. Literally a four minute wait and finished. I was told they were great. Experience shows that. Thanks for the help. Bob

Tyler was AWESOME. I came in with a problem that I’ve already tried for 6 hours to fix with Apple, but to no avail. I gave my phone to Tyler and he attempted to fix my issue for a few minutes but was initially unsuccessful so I went on my way. 10 minutes later when I was in my car I got a phone call from Tyler suggesting one last solution and it ended up working!! I appreciated the extra time and care I received and I know I’ll be coming back to this place for other tech issues I may have in the future.
