Beware. They keep old rotten orange juice on the shelves. Bought 2 on the 20th that had expired 5 days before that 🤢 Check the date before you buy. But even the one I bought that hadn’t yet expired, also tasted rotten. Hard to trust what you’re getting.

everytime i buy fruit either precut or just normal atleast half of it is rotten. i bought apples a few days ago and 70% of them were unusable and i had to throw them away. when i was checking out i mentioned that i wasn’t getting one of them because it was mushy and clearly rotten and the guy watching self checkout responded with “if you say so” and talked shit to his coworkers. everything here is so overpriced. i only come here out of convenience but i think i will just make the drive to somewhere else.

This might seem weird to say but I felt like this place was missing a few opportunities to add doors here. Otherwise we got what we needed pretty quickly and enjoyed tasty ice cream for way cheaper than most places!

I was in there a couple of weeks ago . Was going to the Deli all the sudden this big women that worked there started screaming at this young girl in the Deli I felt so bad for this young girl. Is this the way you treat employees. Not only did she seemed embarrassed but so was I.

I showed the customer service agent, (not just in normal cashier) , the picture of the sale. And she wouldn't manually change the price down 50 cents. She's mandating that I give my name, address, email, phone number and preferences and sign up for an app just to get a digital coupon. Why would Macey's make you go through so much headache for 50 cents. Instead of tracking us, just offer good sale prices! This is maddening! There's people waiting behind me, pouting, making me out to be the bad guy as I'm showing her an image of the tag on the item that gives me another 50 cents off. Instead.... at the last minute.... the item turned into $5.99 instead of $2.50....? I dumped ALL my items and left. I'm so tired of being tracked. What happened to decent prices and sales that enticed you to buy more? Can't you just make it that simple?

There was a mean old lady at the cash register today and I don’t know why she works there. I just finish leaving there around 1:30 pm today and she was on register 3. We had a couple things and she was saying “ I’m tired of this” “ why do they have all this stuff” just being really disrespectful and rude . Never going to her again .

Macey's is a fantastic grocery store! The employees always seem friendly and well trained. Their donuts are my favorite and of course the Kong cones are great! :)

The store was clean and well stocked. We easily found what we were looking for and checkout was fast. We used the self checkout as we only had a few items.This is a great option for when you just need to run in for a few things. We went later in the evening on our way home from a date.
