I went in to pre-order some DLC for a game using trade-ins and was told that I had enough credit with the trade-ins to get both the base game AND the DLC. They said they would just give me a pre-owned copy in the mean time and I could bring it back and they would swap it for a new copy. I waited and went into the store to honor the deal and was told nothing had been applied to the cost of the pre-order and I needed to pay $54 for a copy of DLC that was $40. I told them what I had been told at the time of the trade in, 1 of the two employees was there trying to figure out what was going on with the trade in transaction. They said nothing about the trade except that none of the funds were applied to the DLC. I said that was not true because they confirmed the game had been paid in full AND there was a refund of $9 put onto the gift card for in store credit because the traded in games totaled more than was necessary. They insisted that I pay $54 for the DLC. I don't think I will pre-order or trade my games here again.

I've never been to GameStop before. My experience was quick and easy. The employee was very helpful and kind. He shared lots of information and helped me make a more informed purchase.

If you dont physically own your media... you dont own it. Friendly and great deals. Get games before they are gone forever.

Not helpful. The return policy is ridiculous and their a ripoff. Don't use GameStop anymore. They need to be shut down.

Gwen has horrible customer service. Also they leave old prices up and then don’t honor them stating “they’ll get in trouble if they do” They should get in trouble for mislabeling product because it seems it’s a reoccurring theme at this location.

Words cannot describe how angry and how what disappointed I am. I bought an Xbox Series X and they don't have a replacement with my warranty. So then they offered to do a trade in and it's a lot less. I called ahead and asked if stickers were an issue to trade in and they said no. Said it was gonna be $20 and they tried to charge me a $170 to downgrade to an Xbox series. S so more of the story is, don't buy anything from gamestop anymore or the warranty. It's really kind of pathetic. Ever since I was a small kid. I've been coming here even when game crazy was just across an American Fork. I've always given my business to gamestop but I think I have officially decided that that is a no go from here on out. It's ridiculous that I spend 4:00 hours plus 4 a console. And then the trade in value ends up. Making me pay a $170 to downgrade to an Xbox series. Yes. Just bogus, the employees, however, get a 5 star. They are good i'm not blaming them i'm blaming the companies choices and being greedy

I’m surprised GameStop is still in business! Sold me a non functioning item with the wrong cords that they claim was “tested” so I had to bring it all the way back. Then gave me a huge run around with excuses. ?

Employees were nice but only shopped here because they had several postings for a deal they were doing if you spent a certain amount. Well even though there were atleast five papers around the store advertising it, they refused to abide by the promotion posted because they said it expired. They left the posters up and didnt post an expiration date so they should've allowed it in my opinion. Very frustrated and wont be shopping here again.

The people were nice but impatient with my lack of knowledge about which games were compatible with my kids console. Places like this are dying. With everything going online, there is no need for places like this anymore. GameStop will shortly follow blockbuster and other stores killed by the internet.
