Gwen has horrible customer service. Also they leave old prices up and then don’t honor them stating “they’ll get in trouble if they do” They should get in trouble for mislabeling product because it seems it’s a reoccurring theme at this location.

Words cannot describe how angry and how what disappointed I am. I bought an Xbox Series X and they don't have a replacement with my warranty. So then they offered to do a trade in and it's a lot less. I called ahead and asked if stickers were an issue to trade in and they said no. Said it was gonna be $20 and they tried to charge me a $170 to downgrade to an Xbox series. S so more of the story is, don't buy anything from gamestop anymore or the warranty. It's really kind of pathetic. Ever since I was a small kid. I've been coming here even when game crazy was just across an American Fork. I've always given my business to gamestop but I think I have officially decided that that is a no go from here on out. It's ridiculous that I spend 4:00 hours plus 4 a console. And then the trade in value ends up. Making me pay a $170 to downgrade to an Xbox series. Yes. Just bogus, the employees, however, get a 5 star. They are good i'm not blaming them i'm blaming the companies choices and being greedy

They're awesome anytime I come in they always make me want to come back with how they are towards my hyper son ? they make him laugh and always have the answers to my questions I would definitely give them a raise...

I’m surprised GameStop is still in business! Sold me a non functioning item with the wrong cords that they claim was “tested” so I had to bring it all the way back. Then gave me a huge run around with excuses. ?

Employees were nice but only shopped here because they had several postings for a deal they were doing if you spent a certain amount. Well even though there were atleast five papers around the store advertising it, they refused to abide by the promotion posted because they said it expired. They left the posters up and didnt post an expiration date so they should've allowed it in my opinion. Very frustrated and wont be shopping here again.

The people were nice but impatient with my lack of knowledge about which games were compatible with my kids console. Places like this are dying. With everything going online, there is no need for places like this anymore. GameStop will shortly follow blockbuster and other stores killed by the internet.

Very rude customer service!!! Will never go back. Guy yelled across the store at my 6 year old for pushing a toy that makes noise a few times. (Maybe 3-4 time) Both service members were just absolutely rude. Enough for me to write my 1st ever review!!!

Same as most stores, but they have a person by the name of Ransom working there. I don't know where this person learned customer service, but it is my belief that they should take the class again. Was not friendly, helpful, or polite. If you can, I would go to another store if you walk I and see them working

Lack of staffing. Had to wait 30 minutes to check out. The employee was doing a fantastic job for what was given. Just was overcharged, and because of the pressures of the other customers; it wasn't correct right. They need to get their staffing balanced right.

Pricing is a bit high. But for being the only real retailer game store in the (game) I guess they have to be a bit pricey. Really good staff and no complaints about management.

This location always has really cool items that you dont find at walmart or target. Prices are alright but you can find cheaper stuff online.

I would have had better customer service from monkeys. ?♀️ If I could do negative stars I would. I decided to order switch controllers as I was lead to believe the delivery time would be fast as GameStop ships from other stores when they have the stock. Got a email that my package was delivered to my mailbox, I checked, nothing. Called and they told me they would investigate the delivery. No emails nothing for two weeks, I call to follow up because this was no cheap purchase and it turns out they would rather have me dispute the transaction with my bank than send me a replacement for NO PRODUCTS RECEIVED. I will never buy anything from here again because I can get it from Amazon for cheaper AND they actually deliver the products you pay for, oh and support is actually helpful.
