Don’t trust a single thing they tell you. We just took my husbands $1,500 gaming laptop in due to the screen not working and they said it was hopeless due to water damage. We then went to a PC Laptop store for a second opinion where they also opened it up and said the “water damage” Geek Squad saw was a lubricant the manufacturer puts inside and found and fixed the actual issue. Glad we found a store who knew what they were talking about.

Made an appointment to get the glass of the back of iPhone replaced ( it’s shattered) about 5 days in advance. Show up at my appointment time and they tell me they don’t have the part in stock and they can’t order it unless they take my iPhone and it will take anywhere between 1-3 days to get the part. Don’t know about you but not having a phone for 1-3 days doesn’t really work for me.Wish someone would have called me the day before or even day of to let me know that they were out of stock since they knew exactly what part I needed from my booking. Would have saved me 40 minutes of driving/ gas. Feels like this was easily preventable but they did not take the time to call.

The "Geek Squad" repair person claimed they "didn't feel comfortable" installing a new screen on my laptop that was 7 mos past the warranty I bought FROM Best Buy. I was willing to pay, but I got turned away! If I told my customers I "didn't feel comfortable" helping them, in my line of work, my boss would have me in the "unemployed line" before the hour was up! VERY DISAPPOINTING!

I completely wiped everything off of my macbook and needed IOS reinstalled back onto it. Express Tech in Orem (An "Apple approved" store) quoted me $150 to fix it. I came here and they fixed it in 15 minutes completely for free. I'm SO grateful that I came here instead. The employee I talked to was really nice, too.

I have made 2 appointments to get the back of my iPhone fixed first at the Orem Best Buy I showed up for my appointment and they said Apple support was down and they couldn’t fix it because it was under Apple care. I made a new appointment at the one in American Fork show up and they tell me they don’t have the part and I would have to leave my phone for 2-3 days I let them know I could leave it ( on a Friday) as long as it would be done by the following Monday they told me they couldn’t guarantee that and that instead I should go to Apple up in SLC. What a waste of time trying to use geek squad to get my phone fixed I’ll plan to go straight to Apple moving forward.

AMAZING SERVICE! My PC was having some serious issues. Out of nowhere it would force restart and blue screen. The problem happened more periodically and so that's when I scheduled my appointment with Geek Squad. The service there was fast and efficient. I missed my appointment by 10 minutes and it was right before close but they still helped me get checked in and fixed my issue efficiently and in a super timley manner. The geek squad member whi serviced me was Wyatt. He called me and gave me updates while my PC was being fixed. Since then I haven't had any issues and I'm super thankful to have great leaders at best buy to help navigate me through thus headache.

I lost my Airpods pro case and went onto apples website and was directed to schedule an appointment to get replacement here. I specifically told them that I was needing to buy a new airpods case and they said that they could help. I went in for my appointment and they said that they aren't able to sell me any. Waste of time.

Went to go pick up laptop for my girlfriend was met with very unprofessional behavior and they wouldn't work with me at all or even try and help me get my issue resolved. Sierra the "manager" was rude as well

What a waist of time, they still didn’t fix the problem after two visits and them keeping my pc for 2 days, they made it worse, now I can’t even open ANY game. Do yourself a favor and don’t have them work on your pc

The best iPhone repair place you could possibly go to it is a lot faster than waiting at the Apple store for 2 to 3 hours to get your phone checked in to get it fixed and then another 2 to 3 hours to get it repaired but they checked my phone in within 20 minutes and fixed it within an hour and a half.

I called the number and you can't get through to the store. I want to talk to someone in the store about a computer cleaning and the stupid phone tree will only send me to the people at the national service center.
