I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by Wyatt, a Geek Squad technician, regarding the installation of Corsair iCUE components, including fans and an AIO cooler, in my gaming PC. Not only was he unfamiliar with the Corsair system and the correct installation procedures, resulting in the components being installed backward with incorrect cable connections, The issues were so severe that the Sandy location had to perform a complete overhaul of the PC and cabling, which they thankfully did free of charge. This incident was entirely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Clearly the employees do NOT want to talk to customers. The phone system will not put you through to anyone. The store had just opened and they still say no one is available. After a while it gets tired of letting you hold, so it hangs up on you. Here we go again!!! I can only assume the employees are no better than their best phone system. Hang up now and go to another store with REAL customer service.

Paul and Joseph were super easy to work with and very helpful with my computer being repaired. They gave me lots of options and explained the benefit of each one, and they helped me find the right solution. I'll be coming here for a long time!

I cannot give Geek Squad at this location a low enough rating. Their customer service is one of the worst I have ever seen. There is no understanding or talking with them to get assistance. Every time I have dealt with them, they don’t even know how to fix the issue. Never ever using them again.

Don’t trust a single thing they tell you. We just took my husbands $1,500 gaming laptop in due to the screen not working and they said it was hopeless due to water damage. We then went to a PC Laptop store for a second opinion where they also opened it up and said the “water damage” Geek Squad saw was a lubricant the manufacturer puts inside and found and fixed the actual issue. Glad we found a store who knew what they were talking about.

Made an appointment to get the glass of the back of iPhone replaced ( it’s shattered) about 5 days in advance. Show up at my appointment time and they tell me they don’t have the part in stock and they can’t order it unless they take my iPhone and it will take anywhere between 1-3 days to get the part. Don’t know about you but not having a phone for 1-3 days doesn’t really work for me.Wish someone would have called me the day before or even day of to let me know that they were out of stock since they knew exactly what part I needed from my booking. Would have saved me 40 minutes of driving/ gas. Feels like this was easily preventable but they did not take the time to call.

The "Geek Squad" repair person claimed they "didn't feel comfortable" installing a new screen on my laptop that was 7 mos past the warranty I bought FROM Best Buy. I was willing to pay, but I got turned away! If I told my customers I "didn't feel comfortable" helping them, in my line of work, my boss would have me in the "unemployed line" before the hour was up! VERY DISAPPOINTING!

I completely wiped everything off of my macbook and needed IOS reinstalled back onto it. Express Tech in Orem (An "Apple approved" store) quoted me $150 to fix it. I came here and they fixed it in 15 minutes completely for free. I'm SO grateful that I came here instead. The employee I talked to was really nice, too.
