The woman who did my haircut wasn’t kind or inviting in the slightest, treated me like an idiot for not knowing certain terminology, and was over all in a bad mood the whole time, 7 dollar tip was generous.

Took my son here for a cut and it turned out to be a very negative experience. The cut was awful. There was no blending to be seen, just chunks coming off. The stylist made an effort to sigh very exaggerated when I asked her to please try to blend it again. There was zero attempt at styling- no gel, no use of a comb or brush, nothing. $20-25 for all of that, just to go home and buzz it in attempt to fix it.

Got me in quick, bit the hair cut was 20 bucks no wash no style and it was a butcher job. Don't know why I went back. I was in a hurry and thought it would be fine. Biy was I wrong.

Felt pressured to get out of the salon, barely listens to my requests and haircut did not turn out anywhere near what it normally does
Requested style: I usually get a eurohawk but got like a 70% eurohawk. Some stylists definitely need to learn how to interact with customers

Kat is so good with cutting my little boy’s hair. He has Down syndrome and autism and hates hair cuts. We often have to get it done super fast or we have to come back to finish it another day. Kat is fast, kind, and cared about how he was feeling. When he started feeling overwhelmed, she figured out that he didn’t like the hair falling on him, so she cleaned it off him gently multiple times and he happily sat through the rest. In fact, has gotten a Mohawk haircut the past 2 times (which is not an easy thing) and he LOVES it. Every morning he brings me the gel and says “hair!” If your kid has a hard time with hair cuts, I highly recommend Kat.

My son got his hair cut yesterday the sides we super uneven, I asked the girl to fix it and she tried but my husband still had to go back over it at home. I asked for a hard part and she did it in the middle of the shorter part of his hair instead of right in between the long and the short so he looks like he has a big bald spot. Not a great experience at this location yesterday. I won’t be going back to the one. We have had better cuts at other locations with Great clips but this was our first time to this location in American Fork.
Stylist: Stylist seemed like she had no idea what she was doing.

Price was low which was a reflection on their work! My haircut sucked I do a better job with no experience with $10 clippers from walmart. The lady left places with hair and didn't trim around the ears and in the back, I went home and finished my haircut myself.
It didn't seem like a very good place to work at either I feel it for the worker it seems like they are inexperience and under a lot of stress from their manager, maybe that was a reflection on my haircut too.

I came with an open mind, with some kind of idea what I wanted. I had hoped for a little more response from the stylist. I was fairly pleased with the cut, but all of a sudden Quentin takes this razor out and shaves my neck. No problem necessarily with that, but it can't have been clean. I got a rash afterwards and it's been two weeks and it still isn't gone. It's extremely frustrating that she used it without cleaning it from a previous client.

Kloe was awesome! Super personable and provided an excellent experience! I won't be able to go back to this salon due to my location but I would definitely see her again for a haircut if she was closer!

The worst hair cut I ever had in my life. The barber didn't do right for what I ordered. Paid extra for shampoo and still have ton of tiny hair on my head make me so itchy. Never come back here.
