“Disappointed to hear my husband and son(8) didn’t have a great experience today. I’ll say we have been here before and always had a great experiences on dates nights but for some reason the guys in charge of the range today seemed irritated my husband brought our son with him. They kept asking his age over and over almost like they didn’t believe him.
This feels disappointing because I imagined this as a family friendly business and felt like this would be a good place in a controlled environment to teach our son how to be respectful and responsible around weapons.
From my understanding it seemed like they were given a couple of interesting criticisms about rules no one told them about and that the rules kept on changing.
They eventually threatened to kick them out because my son was picking up brass under the table and they said he went over the shooting line. Which my son and husband both said he definitely did not do.
They were the only ones there had the whole block to themselves, only shot at one lane one at a time my son was never unsupervised and they thought they were being very attentive, careful and followed the rules they were asked to. My son is very well behaved and respectful. He isn’t and definitely wasn’t ever behaving in a manner that would be considered inappropriate. It was really sad to hear how my son’s feelings were hurt when they basically told him he was lying and they would kick them out if it happened again.
By all means we are all so glad that they take safety so seriously! That’s why we brought him there. But it didn’t feel like they were getting after them for not being safe. Their criticisms and rule changes came off as annoyance for being there in the first place.
My husband didn’t even want to leave a review because he has really enjoyed having this range locally. But I definitely felt like something needed to be said when they both came home not feeling like they can go back.
My hope is that if there needs to be extra or more specific rules for kids, that they can handle that in a more organized manner from the beginning. Or if there’s a a safety problem with a kid they don’t threaten to kick them out in a first warning for something that may or may not have happened.”

“I just finished two projects with Allan at Wasatch Gun Guild and I couldn’t be more thrilled. We discussed my plans over the phone a couple of times and when I was satisfied Allan was the right man to do the jobs perfectly, my rifles were delivered and the work was performed flawlessly.
I had the barrels shortened and new muzzle brakes installed. The final product looked like custom shop quality when the work was complete. Pricing was reasonable and fair and I’d highly recommend Allan at Wasatch Gun Guild for all of your gun-smithing needs!”

“I placed an order online and within a couple of hours received an email informing me that my order was ready. I stopped by the store and picked up my order when it was convenient for me. I went to the front counter, gave the employee my name and picked up the ammunition I had ordered. The sales associate was friendly and I was on my way in a few minutes. Ordering online was quick and easy. I checked out and paid for the order, so that when I arrived at the store all I had to do was show my ID and I was all set.”
