I’m a creator & use HL often for materials, I only buy when they have wood for 40% off. If there’s a sign there, HONOR IT. It’s not my fault or your cashiers fault that your store didn’t take the sale signs off. One manager said she would honor (2) of my 20 items. Absolutely not, honor your signs. The store manager came to the register & I am clearly not budging because again, it is not my fault that your employees didn’t do their job & take the signs down. Attitude was awful & rude. “JUST GIVE IT TO HER” & proceeds to walk off & THEN call to have the signs taken down. Couldn’t believe how a manager responded to this situation. Thanks for my 40% off though ?

I can always count on Hobby Lobby to have tasteful and affordable decorations for holidays and other. Great selection of art supplies, sewing materials, and even cool duct tape... which is what most recently came for.

I went to Hobby Lobby for the first time in American Fork. I love that they put seasonal on the right side when you walk in. It was so easy to find the valentine things I was looking for. They also have sticky foam boards, which I needed to frame a diamond art. I will definitely go here again!

I've come here a couple times to get fabric and always am a little surprised by how much the end cost of the fabric is even when it seems to be on sale, well it's the same lady every time and I just realized that instead of taking off 40 percent, I'm pretty sure 40 percent was added to the price of my last order as it was $1.75 BEFORE the discount, but ended up being $2.51 AFTER the "discount". I didn't realize until I was at the cash register and they said I'd have to go back and work it out with whomever was at the counter. I needed to get home so I just accepted it, but I'm pretty sure this is why things have always seemed more expensive. I won't be going back here to get fabric.

It was huge and full of really great ideas it was only the second time I went. I spent most of my time in hardware stores, Instead of just the fun stuff on the main Isle, it's 80% of the store. Picked this out for $30 and going back for a few more things.

This store is typical of a modern retailer, normally 2½ stars. On the last visit I needed to exchange a shadow box I purchased two days before. There is no dedicated customer service person, just one register with a sign above it that's says Returns/Exchanges. I wait in this line for several minutes. The cashier struggled with English, I don't know her story so I make no judgment, but it did take time. I go and gather a functioning shadow box, only to wait in line even longer than the first time. Waste my time twice = customer service fail!
