DO NOT INSTALL WINDOWS FROM HOME DEPOT! WORST EXPIERIENCE EVER!! I would do no Stars but it didn't give me that option. Feb 8 was install day. I paid over 10k for 13 windows to be installed. 1 window had the wrong measurement so im still waiting for that one.The damage that was done is beyond what I ever thought would happen. The caulk around the Windows isn't straight or even put on evenly, there is some on my brick of the outside house and missing some to cover around parts of the window. When they hammered out glass in the main room there was glass flying by my TV, where i was sitting on my couch well over 9 ft away. Shards of glass on my carpet even still im finding bits and pieces left behind not to mention outside. Outside there was huge shards of glass all in the dirt and cement where my dogs go. Still finding small sharp shards. There is holes in my siding not even around the window but beside where they removed and they tried to fill with Caulk to cover it up. Inside there is plaster from my Wall missing all over areas of the house. The pictures don't do it justice. But the best part when Dee Vickery from Oquirrh Mountain Windows showed me the damage in the kitchen area the Manager from home depot was present Dana Garrett (was checking on everything) stood there as Dee said " stuff like this happens and some spackling will be able to fix it. I was a little confused when mentioned " Spackling" Dee Vickery said the best thing to do is just looking it up on "You Tube". Meanwhile the Manager Dana from Home Depot just stood there.My boyfriend was at work at the time of the finished install and i didn't get a walk around all the Windows until the 6 guys were finished. I called my boyfriend who works for a contractor telling him my frustrations and when he came home he was so disgusted with the job that was performed.Im Still waiting on the window that had the wrong measurements and a lady called 3 days ago saying March 11th is the day another company is coming out to fix the issues( which was our request we not have the same company) but does this mean I have to wait with all my furniture still 3ft way from the Windows until March 11th ? I have a surgery coming up and everything pushed 3ft away from the outside and inside.Oh but Dana told my boyfriend that he was going to give us a $ 200 dollar compensation. Are you kidding me? Ok Home Depot, $ 200 dollars that's going to be used to replace one of the large blind that was stepped on and bent during the install. Not to mention all the time spent picking up glass inside and out. That's not even all I want to say but i think i wrote a book by now. Pictures don't do it Justice.

Pro Deck is great! Sadly this place promoted a lumber manager to Assistant Manager and his attitude changes. This manager was very unhelpful today costing me $600 dollars. They sold me 70 T&G boards when I went to pick up they were sold out and offered a similar item but the cost was 4x more. I was frustrated but said I understood I suggested a possible discount. He rejected my suggestion and said we cant do anything else. Never had such a bad experience at HD

Today’s experience was less than stellar. Went to Lindon Home Depot with a Milwaukee tool that broke. It was purchased Dec 26 2022. Lindon store was going to exchange the tool even though it was less than one month over what “policy” says. However, Lindon was out of stock. American Fork had the tool but they refused to exchange it due to the date of purchase. I understand policies I also understand customer service. For a $199 tool Home Depot of American Fork decided that policy trumps customer service/satisfaction. I spend 10’s of thousands of dollars at HD each year and in my business I would never place policy over customer relationships and service. Especially for less than $200 Just my two cents… Nice job American Fork HomeDepot!!

Good HD location, easy to get to and centrally located, staff is always super helpful. This last time I was there I needed help with carpet pads and two associates helped me out and were able to answer all of my questions and get me something better for my needs than what I had planned on purchasing myself. Everyone in the flooring area has been great over the last months as we have gotten new carpet installed, working with me to find a similar carpet to one that was recently discontinued and making sure that the install went smoothly. Never have to wait in line to check out, and don't have to use self checkout if you don't want to, which is a huge bonus in my book

I regularly go to home depot over other hardware stores, they have a great selection of Milwaukee tools and other quality brands but most of all their return policy and mobile app is why I shop here. I've spent at least 15k in the last two months building a house and you generally have to return quite a few things, they make it pretty hassle free with their in store credit and you can automatically save all receipts if you link your card in the app. As far as their online shipping... it's very slow. if you need it asap and aren't too concerned with returning it I would shop elsewhere. You'll get it in half the time.

If I could give them less than a zero I would. We had a fridge delivered and 7 days later we woke up to the fridge and freezer both over 60 degrees and lost all of our food. Called the store multiple times within a week and they have hung up on us multiple times and we have asked several times to speak to the store manager and they have REFUSED to let us speak to him directly. They refuse to replace the fridge they sold us that the compressor was bad in and Samsung is even questioning why the store won't replace it. Worst customer service we have EVER had.

I was in there just looking at appliances and Brian was so helpful he was so knowledgeable and didn't try to upsell me, they have a really wide variety of stoves, microwaves, and refrigerators. A budget that everybody can work with. With their 24-month interest-free financing it's a no-brainer.

This place is seriously one of the coolest places that you’ll ever find in the area. They have a lot of the selection of great quality of variety of stuff in tools, and it’s just a great place to be you’ll find so much stuff there you will be very, very, very happy and the prices are great. They will price match their and their power-saws are awesome. They have tools that nobody else in the area carries. It made me really happy that I had saved time on my trips and didn’t have to keep going back-and-forth. Also they have lots of good wood to build stuff.
