Best Home Depot I’ve been to. Employees asked to help. It was clean and organized. They loaded my items in my truck without asking 5 times like AF. The employees were so helpful and friendly. Those things just don’t happen. It’s definitely a reflection of the management of this store.
I will be making the extra drive to come here. It was that much better.

I'd been thinking about getting cellular shades for two South facing windows in my home for months but always was getting the run around from companies wanting to come and measure the windows themselves or for some other random reason. I walked into the home Depot for sprinkler drippers early one morning and thought to look at their cellular shades. They had the style I was looking for but their flooring/window specialist wasn't in yet. The person that was trying to help me took down my name and phone number and I started to wander the plants for an hour, when she was supposed to start work, and wait for the specialist. A 1/2 hour later Suzanne called me and helped me purchase one cellular shade that they had in stock and had already ordered the other style that I needed that was out of stock. She was super helpful, efficient and friendly.
The blinds were super easy to install myself and fit perfectly in the windows.

I rented a truck to pick up a washing machine. I had it back 45 minutes after I left with it. It cost me about $22. That price is unbeatable as far as small vehicle rentals go.
However, they charge you a $150 deposit and then refund you the difference when you bring the vehicle back. So I'm supposed to get around $130 back. I have no problem with the deposit. It's been 5 days now and there is no sign of the deposit. I called and no one in the tool rental department picked up so I talked to someone in customer service. She said that when she rented in the past, the refund takes about 14 days to come back. First of all, they didn't tell me it would take that long. Secondly, why the hell does it take 14 days to refund money? That's ridiculous.
Unfortunately, like I said above, the price and the convenience are too good so I'll have to go back next time I need to rent a pickup but they need to do better about respecting their customers rather than protecting their bottom line.

I have generally been able to find everything I am looking for at this Home Depot location. It is fairly easy to get in and out of with/without a trailer. I prefer it over the Lowe's across the street.

I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Sharon and Rachel at the American Fork, Utah Home Depot! I purchased carpeting with a 5 day guarantee and the day it was supposed to be installed the vendor (not home depot) called and said... opps sorry! and pushed my install out another week! I had company coming and NEEDED that carpet installed before they came. Sharon and Rachel were AMAZING! They got right to finding a solution for me. They were able to get it delivered to the vendor as a special circumstance and the carpet was installed just a few days later! They were amazing at communicating with me and I appreciated so much all the calls they made to get this carpet installed! It's beautiful carpet and I am so so pleased! Great customer service STILL EXISTS!!!!

We reserved a truck through their website and everything went through and was looking good. We needed it to move our large furniture out of our apartment this weekend and didn’t have a truck. Well the next morning we got a call and they had cancelled our reservation for us!!! We are lucky we scraped around to find a friend with a truck or we would be in trouble because we only have one day to move everything! Terrible service!
