A very poorly-run store with extremely-unhelpful managers. They treat their best workers like crap and encourage harassment and a very hostile work environment, so anyone who is hard-working would never want to stick around for too long. The store management badly needs replacing with people who actually know how to run a store and how to treat their employees with respect. This store actually deserves ZERO stars and should do the community a favor by being shut down. Home Depot is an okay company, but you could never know that at all by the extremely-poor examples exhibited by the store leadership and a fair number of their employees that only have to suck up to the boss just to get away with assault, harassment, and in one case, threats being given to the people who contributed years of hard work on behalf of this store alone.

Sadly this was the worst experience I have ever had at any Home Depot. Absolutely no one knew where anything was. And instead of helping us by looking with us they just sent us on a hunt. What are these people even getting paid for. Not only that, when I politely said, excuse me to someone, they were absolutely annoyed and rolled her eyes, because they had to help me with something. So disappointing.

We came here to get a bbq & some pathway lights. We weren't sure whether the bbq could fit in our car so we had a very nice (very new) girl assist us. She went above & beyond to locate us a bbq that was still in the box that was up in the rafters. She helped us to take measurements of the box & went out to the car to grab measurements of the door. Additionally, just in case the box didn't fit, she set us up with will call so we could leave & come back with a bigger car. This girl was our hero this day! The box fit & we were able to have a great bbq dinner that same night. Everything is well stocked & most the staff had smiles & were polite/said hello. Only 4 stars because the young girl that helped us with will call was less than helpful. We wanted to grab a cover for the bbq and had to repeat ourselves three times before she stopped ringing us up & acknowledged us. She then didn't even bother to point us in the correct direction. Luckily our helpful gal was still around to help us out with the aisle number. Overall, great experience & customer service. Thanks!

I can't rent a sprinter van here cause some dummy kid that works there lost the keys...... That honestly sums up the store for 90% of my dealings there. Worthless location with worthless workers that consistently fail me lol

Literally just left a $4000 sale - clerk stated they didn’t care about making the sale and couldn’t be bothered with calling for help. Headed across the street to Lowes where they have a military discount, veteran parking and associates who help !!

This store is crawling with untrained, unsupervised teenage employees dicking around doing absolutely nothing. Nobody in the store could answer a question about product, navigate their store app, or even tell us where things are located in the store. We've been trying to order blinds for our house for 3 weeks with no luck because there isn't a single employee trained enough to place our order and the installation team didn't honor the appointments that they themselves set up with us. We won't be returning to this store in the future and would not recommend it to anyone seeking similar services.

Normally a very good store, but was a bit turned off today. I called and made sure I could pick up the free kids workshop kit and take it home instead of staying to build it there. They assured me I could. However, after I drove the 20 minutes and tried to pick up ONE kit to take home, they told me it was against policy and I had to bring my child in to build it there. So I made the 20 minute drive home, picked up my child and drove all the way back. I would've just stayed home but my 4 y/o was upset as she had been told she would get to make a bird feeder. As we were working on the kit, I watched not one, not two, but three people come and grab kits to take home. Wtf? We got the bird feeder, but honestly, so annoying.

The customer service rep named Mel at this store is incredibly nice and works so hard. Management also seems to care about their customers as well. The online customer care is lacking and there is a huge language barrier in the delivery service which makes things difficult at times. I'll give Home Depot another shot but this last purchase of appliances was a bit frustrating.

The people working the loading area are the most worthless helpless people I've ever seen at Home Depot. I spend tens of thousands of dollars every year at Home Depot's all over the state and this is by far the worst. I will never visit this location again. Pro Loader = Joke

By far the worst customer service ever..we were planning to purchase layered shades after they finished the measurements but the lady would not honor the discount price because of their delays (not to mention the exact sale was going on from the following day). In contrast, Lowes honored the discount even after the sale ended because we placed an order for measurements.

I have been to this Home Depot quite a few times lately. Being home during Covid will do that. We have done the pickup from the locker. It was so easy. Just scanned the email QR Code and open the locker. Super easy. They have a good selection on paint but I needed a Poly Acrylic clear stain. I went to the paint section and asked if this would work on the breakfast nook we built. They actually referred me to Lowe's because they had a better product. I was impressed because they didn't care about selling me something. They wanted me to have the best product. I will always start my home improvement projects here!

I love this Home Depot location. It's clean, lots of staff and they have everything. They have a great plant selection here in season as well. These big box stores come in very handy since having a house and always wanting to upgrade something. Their prices are fair also and very conveniently located. Sometimes I forget to review these large retailers, too. I see a lot of them going away, as we're seeing now. I want the places I frequent to stay around. I'll be coming here every month until I move.

This location is awful. In general I go to Lowe's because they have a staff that looks for opportunities to help customers, rather than avoiding them. Even more annoying is that at this location there is no cell service. (At least not with Verizon) so their app won't work. That makes for a bad combo when trying to find things.

Talked to 3 different people because I needed help getting a grill from the top shelf. I waited so long I missed my wedding, the birth of my first child, preschool graduation, and my back developed scoliosis. Preceded to call another hardware store inside Home Depot, waited on hold so long I missed my second child's birth, and am now heading over to that hardware store to buy the grill. Saying I am slightly disappointed would be an understatement.

Went to curbside pickup. Took our name and order number. Waited 1 1/2 hours. We were told they only had 2 people working it. No estimated time, no idea in how many people in front of us, and they were working the front and back of the building with those two people. This was after we ordered online the previous day and received the text saying our order was ready.
