“We’ve had the best experience at this Home Depot! Tanner and Star absolutely wonderful. We’re working on an irrigation project, and they patiently helped us find everything we needed. “We woke up to random lights and appliances not working. I called Bryce and was willing to come by and check it out on the way to a job. Turns out it was an issue with the power company. He was willing to try fix my issue even though he had a busy day already planned. Much appreciated, thank you.”

“Ryan from the paint department was incredibly helpful and saved me a lot of time Going back-and-forth trying to do paint matches. He made sure I was leaving happy with trying to match Trex to a natural cedar plank.”

“Bought a lawn mower online and chose the free next day delivery option, the lawn mower got sent to some random address. Called customer service line and they did not connect me to the store where it shipped from until 48 hours later. But as soon as I got connected to the Orem store, manager Jason called and apologized for the 3rd party local shipper for the mix-up and he personally delivered another one to my door after he got off work on a Saturday. He also told me he would give me some compensation for the delay. And on Monday morning I see the discount credited back to my card already! Overall, not a great experience with Lowe's corporate office but Orem store stepped up and changed my opinion. Thank you Jason for going above and beyond on fulfilling this order! I will probably think twice when ordering online at Lowes.com in the future but will definitely go shop at Orem store again!”

“Experience was good. They cut wood for me and it was off by like a 1/2 inch so then I had to cut it more at home. Not a big deal but kinda defeats the purpose of having them cut it for me. Not a huge fan of the flock cameras everywhere either but it isnt going to stop me from going there if I have to.”

“I had an excellent experience yesterday in the garden center. I went looking for shrubs and plants that do well in shade, and I’m not particularly knowledgeable in this area and asked Shay for help. She took her time and showed me every option, and even picked up the plants and put them in the cart for me since my hands were full with my children. She was exceptionally helpful, and even assisted with hauling mulch for me as well. Shay also helped me get everything into my car. As a mom with two little ones, I am so appreciative for the extra help and kindness. Thank you to Shay, and also Lowe’s for hiring good people who will smile and help- which is harder and harder to find these days. The plants are also great.”
