Incredible staff! We feed this stray cat and it's become VERY thin and lost a lot of fur. They suggested the weight loss could be from worms or allergies and loss of fur from stress. Anyways, I'm so appreciative they took the time to help us and for the knowledge. I wish I could remember their names :( Thank you!

Update to my review of 5/11. Pam and Kolter worked very hard to fix my bee problem. Turned out it was caused by a third party vendor.

I love the store however, their hours really do stink. On Saturday mornings I need to be open at seven instead of eight.

Pam was amazing in making sure we could get the boots in my size that I really wanted, she even shipped the pair in from New Mexico for me! Super friendly staff and clean store.

For lawn and garden skip the big home improvement stores and head to IFA! If you need anything for your lawn or garden American Fork IFA is the place!! The folks that work there (young and older) are super knowledgeable about all of the products they carry! When you go in with a particular gardening issue they are able to diagnose and explain the treatment needed! Nice to see young folks working hard and enjoying what they do! We are customers for life!

I find all my needs for my chickens and my dog. I buy 50 pound bags and the young men workers carry them for me and are exceptionally courteous. I love this store!

Always find what I go for. Down side is the employees seem like they are annoyed that they have to work in the city or dress the part of the store.

If you need to grow it or help it grow, IFA has it. Workers are friendly and helpful.

They never have employees helping with chicks. Their customer service sucks! Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Already loved this store...love them even more now. No masks required, no employees wearing them anymore now that the mandate has been lifted. The first store I've seen do this. My son loved coming here to see the baby chicks & bunnies!

Bad customer service. They wouldn't exchange my bad dog food bad for a new one because it was less than half full- understandable so they offered a discount. They offered 10% off and the girl at the register didn't know how to take that off, so they took a few bucks off. I feel as if giving me 10% off was offensive for the situation, when I should have been offered a better discount to make it seem like they value me as a customer. I will be making the extra drive to Cal Ranch, they don't care to have my business.

Hopes, dreams, and aspirations. That's what I see here. So much of what I want in life, in the end, is wrapped up into this store. So much of who I am, and who the kind of people I want to be with, is echoed inside the walls of this beautiful new building. And do you know what? I'm going to get there. I want a large plot of land, where we can plant all of the misfit plants; veggies of variegated colors, tomatoes of all shapes and sizes, and row after row of colored corns, great big garlic, rhubarb for jam, and every herb you've never heard of. Let's create soil so supple you can sink your arm in up to your elbow, and let's can and pickle everything. Let's pickle asparagus, let's have an entire book of pickled things--a pickling journal--where we pickle asparagus and beans from the garden, with dill and garlic we grow ourselves. Let's can jams and jellies from all the fruit trees and vines, and let's have dinner fresh from the yard. IFA has the best selection of all sizes of jars, seeds by the pound as well as packets, and every kind of soil tool and additive we'll need. I'll have chickens. I stopped in and said hello to the wyandottes and the orphingtons and the Polish crested. Let's raise every color of egg and make quiche until our eyes pop open, bacon until our bellies burst, and milk until the cows come home. I'll get there. It's not today. Sometimes I think it's so far away it won't ever happen. But this is what I want and IFA will have everything I need. A boy can dream, right?

Went to the new store (about 20-40 Times). I love their service. I also really appreciate how willing they are to make you feel right at home. They are always having sales. I went in one night before closing... they had put their sales signs out for the next week. Even though it wasn't in their system, they still gave me the sale price. Good people! Local People! Service oriented people!

I love ifa! I use to raise chickens and this is the best place for equipment to do so. Can find what I need for it from bedding for them to feed, at one point had so many eggs I did not know what to do with them "I'm talking well over a hundred a week". This year I have used there lawn fertilizer and to say the least I have the best lawn far none in my area the only problem I have to mow at least twice a week or I have a lot of problems! Even with a lawn that was not watered for the hotest months of the year it all came back like a champ! I can not Waite for next spring to have them help me with my vegitable garden
