great people love that Joe knows what he is doing when it comes to towing

I was having an issue with my vehicle and they came out and took one look underneath and immediately spotted the issue. They told me exactly what I needed to do to fix it, which was just to replace a nut that had fallen off. The replacement nut cost me $1.15 and no towing was needed. They saved me hundreds of dollars by not having to tow and get the issue diagnosed/fixed at a shop. Obviously not every issue is a quick simple fix like that, but that's the kind of customer service that earns my business if I ever have another towing need!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. These guys have helped me late at night on the weekend when no other company would, or could. They were super fast and got the car where I needed it to go perfectly. I will use them everytime I’m in an emergency.

The best tow service ever! I’ve had to call Joe multiple times for help, and I’m never disappointed. No matter the time or day, my call will get picked up and I will get the help I need. Will definitely be the one and only tow truck I will need to call for the rest of my life.

Joes towing is absolutely amazing! Called them and within one ring they answered, and within 1 minute they were on their way. Picked my car up and had it to my place in Orem as fast as they could. I will never use another tow truck company!! Thank you so much Joe’s!

Joe rocks. When the wheel in my van popped off near the American Fork hospital, he arrived to help in a couple of minutes. He took the time to assure my overthinking mind that his method of getting my van up in the truck with a wheel was safe and he was right. And during our ride back to my home he explained how I could repair my wheel on my own to save me money and get me back on the road sooner. AND he even gave me a discount after we finished the job.Joes a good guy with a big heart and is willing to go the extra mile for his customers. Very easy to reach and flexible on meeting us to empty totaled car of personal belongings. Also added helpful information to help me piece together what likely happened in the wreck. Nice, knowledgeable guy.
