I had a complete transmission failure in my 2018 Silverado in Springville. I called Johns towing they picked up immediately and then located with a pin drop and were there to pick me up in 20 minutes and towed me to Ken Garff Chevrolet in American Fork. The driver was great clean cut and friendly as I rode in the tow truck to AF. This is my second tow by John's Towing. They are great. Highly recommend!!!

Nice and friendly service. I recently had some bolts break off my car and as I was trying to go get it fixed my we all ended up breaking off so I called John's towing service and they arrived pretty quickly. Not only did they arrive pretty quickly, but they were really good at keeping the damages at a minimum and on top of that it wasn't super expensive as a lot of places would usually charge you. The guy I dealt with was super friendly and John himself when I called was super friendly. I would definitely recommend this service to someone who is in Lehi area because they are pretty nice people and they do their best to keep your car safe.

Great customs service great communication great in understanding of the situation. Please excuse my grammar was in a rollover accident and just released from the hospital.but all in all was able to get my car back home in a fast/timely manner. Unsure of who I talked to but I also got a call about destination drop off communication is definitely on point.
