Team from sales to finance were great. Supportive and helpful. Never pushy. As a female buyer, never felt disrespected or talked down to. Very important and from experience, not the case with a different dealership.

I have to admit the sales team was great. I bought my 23 Bronco brand new and they took really good care of me. Unfortunately, after two years of dealing with the service department, I just can't bring myself to go back. They offer a service plan but do the bare minimum. My most recent visit was an absolute joke. I went in for a service and a tire repair. They didn't repair the tire, didn't rotate the tires, didn't wash it (which is advertised as part of the service plan) and left me gross greasy fingerprints inside and out. They didn't communicate that they were unable to repair the tire. No options given about replacing the tire. Just here you go. Didn't even check the tire pressures. I really dont understand the positive reviews about the advantagecare plan. I've had 6 services and not once have they done it 100%.

Max Hyatt provided excellent service throughout my transmission work. He was knowledgeable, transparent, and took the time to explain the situation clearly, offering reasonable and well-thought-out recommendations. I especially appreciated how he kept me informed at every step of the process, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I have had a great experience with their service department. Savannah in particular was friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. They completed the work efficiently and kept me informed throughout the entire process. She also worked to secure the best deal possible for me. I will be servicing my truck here exclusively from now on.

Horrible service! I have been trying to speak to a finance manager for the past 2 months. Every time I call no one answers and I am told from the receptionist they will call back and I no one calls. I have sent emails and still no response. I am frustrated with the poor service that I have been experiencing.

Expect lies and excuses. “Super clean, no engine leaks”
Found an engine leak in less then 5 minutes with the vehicle. I still ended up purchasing the vehicle At a negotiated price. It’s been almost a week and they have yet to send me paperwork or verify the check has been sent out. Numerous calls and text messages to the sales person finance and manager. Cesar is a jerk. As a firefighter, I can’t recommend this place.

I enjoyed my car buying experience very much with Ken Garff. We tried 5 other dealers before them and they were the best to work with. They had what we wanted for the best price. Our salesman was Chris Talbot, not pushy at all and quick to respond to all of our questions.

Bought a used car from them 3 weeks ago.
car ended up having really bad oil consumption and they just ghosted me when i reached back out to them. I get that its a used vehicle and sold as is but come on, 1 quart of oil for 75 miles for a $10k car. that just feel criminal.
Update: After posting my initial review about undisclosed issues with the car I purchased, the dealership responded publicly and asked me to send them an email. I did reach out as requested, but unfortunately I have not received any reply. I believe it’s important to note that while they asked me to contact them directly, they have not followed up on their own request.
