I scheduled an appointment to open a business account for today, Saturday, the 30th, with a Benton Call. My wife and I arrived, and we're met by a redhead lady whom we informed that we were there to meet Benton Call and had an appointment. The lady informed my wife, and I that there were only two representatives there and that appointments were assigned to random reps, and that sometimes those reps aren't either from their branch or don't show up (something of that sort). The redheaded lady then asked us if we wanted to reschedule?! I informed her that this wasn't a good impression, and we left! All I could think about was 1) Why didn't anybody reach out to us to make accommodations (rescheduling, give us a heads up about Benton Call, ANYTHING). 2) Why would we want to reschedule and possibly go through the same thing. 3) Why couldn't the other "two" reps help us?! The LACK OF FCKS given by this lady and this branch is inexcusable. The reason we chose this branch was due to the reviews, compared to the horrible reviews the other branches have.

These guys gave me a hard time right of the bat. I would never bank with key. I tried to close my account and they think they have the right to restrict me from getting my own funds. Totally unprofessional. What a horrible experience! Negative 5 stars for them.

I love coming to this Branch! Jason Scorup the Branch Manager is just an awesome dude! he is so helpful! They arent pushy, they are kind and patient and truly want to HELP YOU! He helped me with my small business concerns, he has helped me with home concerns, he has helped in auto loans and the list just goes on. he has made my experience the most positive and if anyone is looking for a great bank, look no further! I have been with Key bank now for over 2 years and Key Bank has been the best banking experience and I will definitely be here for the long run!

Trent Johnson was a joy to work with! Informed us they were busy & could schedule an appt just under 30 mins so we ran to costco to make a return & got back within minutes nefire our appt time, but was helped instantly. He patiently explained their promotions a few time until I understood.
