Best Customer Service on the planet! Kourtney today was especially friendly and thorough in all the explanations she gave. The whole team has always treated me with the greatest care and respect. I HIGHLY recommend Les Schwab and in fact did that just today! I would NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE for my tire needs.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Just very disappointed that when they test drove our RV, everything was thrown all over the back.

These guys are the best! Free tire checks, rotations, free tire patch, and great customer service! I had bumped a curb with my front wheels, it knocked my alignment out. I didn't know until I took in the car to get the tires rotated and they were all worn after only 15k miles on them. I bought the previous tires that wore out here and did the alignment and since it had been so short of a time, and even though it was my fault, they gave me a partial credit back for the worn tires, and fixed my alignment for free. I had tires back on the car in the afternoon. My car needs run flats because it doesn't have a spot for a spare tire. Les Schwab will have my business forever.

Horrible experience. Made an appointment first thing in the morning to get in early. Almost 3 hours sitting in the lobby getting basic maintenance done, oil change, alignment, and a tire rotation. My car sat in the back parking lot for over a hour with nothing being done. The 1 time someone came to give me an “update” was to try to sell me $2000 worth of tires and brakes.

Hector at AF Les Schwab totally made my day and put a smile on my tear-streaked face! I was hot and frustrated, and extremely overwhelemed after having a tire blow on me. He fixed my tire wicked fast and was sooo nice and professional! He even gave me a really great deal. I can't thank him enough for saving the 85 degree sun baked day!

I bought my tires at Les Schwab; every time I need a rotation, they seem to need it for hours to do it. I didn’t want to wait my entire Saturday morning for a rotation. I grabbed my jack, two jack stands, an impact, and a torque wrench, and did it myself in under 15 minutes. I understand I wasn’t the only customer there, but a three-hour wait for a tire rotation seems insane.

Been going here for almost two years for regular maintenance. Over the past six months issues have been found with each service that I went ahead and got addressed. Went in for a rear suspension noise and no exact issue was found but it was recommended to replace the struts, suspension, and end link, with the car having over 100k miles I thought it checked out. Got the car back and it still made noise. Ended up they needed to just lube the end links better. So idk what was actually necessary. Today I got told my front ball joints were loose and needed to get replaced. Got a second opinion and no issue was found.

I did as Kylee suggested in their response. I went back and talked to the manager at the American Fork store. He made an adjustment to my bill to help me out. He informed me there was a meeting about the whole situation. To make sure it doesn’t happen again. I assumed some responsibility because I assumed from past experience in another state what it would cost for what I needed. I should have gotten a quote. It’s still a lot of money but they did help me out and from now on I’ll get a quote for what I need. I would like to thank the manager for listening and for actually having a meeting to make sure everyone is on the same page.I changed my review from 1 star to 4 because they did what they said they would do. So as you finish this review just remember that this process worked for me and I can say that making sure the customer is happy has a follow through process. From here on out this was my original review.
I just got the worst burning of my wallet in my life. I budgeted $700.00 to have new seals put into three tires. After being billed for 5.5 hours my bill was over 1,900.00 dollars. Not a miss print. Now if that wasn’t bad enough they only repaired one of the three tires. To break it down they billed me 900 for the service truck 500 for the techs. And the rest was parts and tax. That is 2/3 of my monthly income. For one tire seal. I’m retired and I can’t do the work myself anymore. Last time I had the same job done all four tires cost me 500.00 so I thought 700.00 budget would cover it. After some heated discussion they credited me 279.00. So my final bill was just over 1,600 for a one tire repair. And I still need to get the other two repaired somewhere else. Not really sure how they sleep at night. The job was previously done by one tech doing all four tires in just two hours. For the service truck they charged me 900.00 it had a boom that they didn’t use for the first hour and a half. Basically I paid 1,600.00 to train their techs how to seal a tire. I will never use Les Schwab again and they may have burned me for 1,600.00. But that also bought them years of my telling everyone how I got burned. One tire 1,600.00 to repair. Plus I still need to pay another company to repair the other two. Beware if you are thinking of using Les Schwab. They did not care that 1,600.00 was a ridiculous amount of money for a one tire repair. They just wanted the money for the time spent even though it was hours more than it should have been. I don’t complain but when you get this kind huge of a reaming you need to warn people it could happen to you.

Man I tell ya. I buy a few tires a year from these guys. I like the guys. I like the tire knowledge. But twice this year I put two from tires on trucks, I leave there with alignment issues. Gotta take the truck back in get in re-aligned. All I get told is it’s recommended. $1,300 in two tires and the truck shakes and the alignment off. Second time this year. I get it. But man I like to get tires and then say hey let’s aligne this instead of me having to come back. You guys are better than this.

I was on a long road trip going from the state of Washington to the Chicago area, passing through Utah on my way. I had a bad vibration on the front end. I took it in to the American Fork, Utah Les Schwab to be checked out. They got me in last minute. I appreciate the great customer service and attention received by Matt who assisted me. The tire techs found that a new tire I had recently purchased from another Les Schwab to replace an existing tire did not have any balancing weights on it, for whatever reason. They balanced the tire and got me on my way quickly. I very appreciate the service I received from this location.
