Joe does a great job of stretch massage. Before starting, he finds out where I need focus and helps me get limbered up so the massage work is effective in loosening up muscles.

Paula is great! Not only is she a great therapist, but she uses heated massage oil and I love the island vibes of the instrumental Hawaiian music she has playing in the background

Paula is so wonderful!! She has a calming demeanor and cheerful kind nature that melts your stress away just by being around her! I have had back & sciatic pain that is many years old and it has gotten so much better since I’ve been working with her & I’m so grateful! She is truly a blessing!!:)

I would like to preface my review by stating that i have no complaints with the therapeutic service received (KADE did a great job with my RTR session). Overall customer service and organization at this location is a different story however.Yesterday,I booked an evening appointment online with short notice, then began the 40 minute drive to American Fork (I was coming from Salt Lake). 30 minutes into the drive and 15 minutes before my appointment, i received a phone call informing me that the therapist was actually out due to injury. When i asked why i was able to book the appointment if the therapist wasn't even working, I didn't get an explanation, just an invitation to reschedule. Not a very satisfying interaction, to say the least.A day later, i again saw an evening appointment available. Given the events of the previous day and considering i was again scheduling with short notice, I CALLED THE LOCATION TO CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT WAS AVAILABLE. I was told to come on down for the 5:15 opening. I made the 40 minute drive, only to find myself still waiting in the lobby 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I asked the receptionist what was going on, he said that he would contact the therapist, but ended up having to call the manager because he didn't have the therapist's number (Why?) The manager told him that the therapist was on his way and to move me into a later slot and make up for the inconvenience (based on what the receptionist told me). The receptionist then said that the mixup was the fault of the day receptionist, who had put my 515 appointment in a 545 slot, thus no one was aware of my original appointment. I pointed out that this wasn't true because i had booked online and that I had called and spoken to him on the phone (see above) to confirm that the slot was available. He then said that the error happened because online scheduling was a new feature and that they had just learned that the online system auto-confirmed appointments without notifying people. First, I've been scheduling online with Massage Envy for over a year, so the statement about it being a new feature was untrue. Secondly, again, I CALLED THE LOCATION TO CONFIRM AVAILABILITY AND SPOKE TO THE RECEPTIONIST MAKING THESE STATEMENTS, so the issue of auto-confirmation was, even if true, irrelevant given that HE knew about the appointment and had even acknowledged my phone call when he greeted me upon arrival. Ultimately, i received my service (and again, KADE was great), but i received 22 minutes of work from a 30 minute appointment (for which i actually arrived early to fill out paperwork, only for the same receptionist to tell me the paperwork wasn't needed and then blame the day staff "who are still in high school" for flagging my account incorrectly!) Nothing was done to make up for the inconvenience, and even though the receptionist emphasized that i should receive at least a full 30 minutes, this didn't happen (not Kades fault, he had other clients scheduled after me).As i stated earlier, the therapeutic service was great, all things considered. However, this location needs to get a handle on their scheduling system. Furthermore, even if the system is indeed to blame for the errors, (a) it needs to be fixed, (b) having the receptionist give untrue explanations and blame issues on other staff is not acceptable, (c) I still didn't get what I paid for, (d) there were issues two days in a row, and (e) nothing was done to compensate for either situation.Unfortunately I won't be back to this location, which is a shame because i would highly recommend KADE as a stretch/RTR therapist. It's a shame that this location is providing such poor service because, even though these locations are franchises, the Massage Envy name is being used and, in this case, tarnished.UPDATE: The "owner" issued a totally bogus response to my review, asking my to go to a link to submit ideas on what they can do differently... apparently the lengthy review wasn't clear?!!

I have been doing sessions with Paula for the last few months and cannot recommend her enough. A perfect blend of muscle release and relaxation. Her chill island vibe, kind heart and attention to details has made me a regular.

First off I am always happy with the therapists that have worked on me at this location. The last two weeks have been a nightmare with one therapist not coming in, lack of communication and stopping me from some services with no explanation!The lack of communication from management, receptionists and being able to schedule appointments at this location is alarming.

They cancelled my appointment because the employee called in. Didn't let me know until I showed up. Told me that they called and emailed. Did not have a missed call or email from them. Not thrilled about this location. Other locations I've been to are good though.

Talissa did a amazing job! She listens to your needs and is very smooth making me feel great when I leave. I would highly recommend her she's the best!!!!

If you haven’t tried stretch, you are missing out. I had a 90 minute stretch session with Kade yesterday and I feel like a million bucks! He was able to stretch and massage out several knots I had in my upper back. I also wear heels all week and he has a special technique that released all of the tightness I had in my calfs. I’m glad I took a chance and booked a stretch session

Great first time experience. Kade was communicative without being overly-talkative and the stretching was wonderful. My body feels amazing. Truly, will go back!
