Worst experience I've ever had at a Michaels. I was trying to get a picture ordered in framing and the manager was standing at the back pretending to not see us so she didn't have to help. When another employee couldn't figure it out she went to ask and the manager and she was extremely rude and told me they don't print and I need to do it online. I understand they have to order it and that was all I was asking to do. She was very bratty and short with me and tried to make me feel stupid when really what I was asking for was not hard. She is lazy and should not be running this store.

There weren't enough cake pans in the size we wanted at the Michael's where we live so we drove to this one to get the rest but they had all been removed from their plastic and we're all damaged! We only found one that was usable despite the damage. Otherwise it's a Michael's and met expectations that way

I rarely write reviews, but today was really frustrating. I’ve shopped here a lot, and never needed help. Today I needed fabric cut, and after pushing the button for someone to come I waited almost 10 minutes. There were people who kept walking past and saying “I’ll be with you in a minute,” and someone who looked like maybe a regional manager that kept apologizing for nobody coming, but didn’t help. I was kind and patient. Eventually someone came, but then said the machine wasn’t working and disappeared. A few minutes later, someone came and helped. She said “I rarely cut fabric, sorry.” It took almost 45 min to cut 8 fabrics (1/2 yard each). She didn’t know how to work the machine, she was slow at getting the fabric out and cutting it. Meanwhile my 2 year old was starving and running around, and super tired. When I mentioned multiple times that he was tired and hungry and I needed to get him home, she didn’t increase her pace. She kept having people come over and help, but it still took almost 45 min. When she was finally done, I went to check out and the phone rang. The person scanning my items didn’t take the call, but then stopped to help the person who did take the call find a price check, instead of continuing to help me. So I stood there and waited while she focused on helping whomever was on the phone. I am usually pretty patient, but this was excessive and I did not feel like my time was taken into consideration. I was extremely frustrated. If you are going to have fabric, you need people who can help cut that fabric, or make it self serve.

I always enjoy going to Michaels because everybody's so friendly. Helpful here. There's always something for everybody no matter what. Your level of abilities are. Perfect place to get gifts for all the ages!

It was clean, neat and organized. And the poor girl who had to check me out, having to scan over 100 skeins of embroidery floss under a dollar each, was as pleasant and friendly as could be.

While entering this shop for the 1st time it felt like a dream shop to me. They have everything for every age to keep engaged in creative activity and stay away from screen time. Me and my wife felt like buying everything but the luggage restrictions in overseas travel constrained us from doing so. We would love to visit this shop again and again. However the product price is a bit costly compared to other shops, still anyone would love to buy as per their choice from their massive collection.

Sales are pretty great and have a good variety. However, the younger staff needs to work on professionalism in the workplace. While we ere in the process of getting checked out, the young cashier checking us out was chatting with the other associates on their mics saying and not speaking with us, the customers, she did say "guys I'm so bored, what should I get from Panda Express". Which was to her co-workers. Not only that, she was laughing loudly to her coworkers over her mic, playing around with items in front of her, and not working at an efficient pace due to being distracted. Someone should probably keeper a closer eye on the younger staff and teach work place etiquette.

My husband purchased me a signed numbered mark Maggiori print for Christmas. When it arrived we took it to Michael’s for a frame. WE close the frame and ordered stretching. At check out they had computer issues and after about 45 mins we paid and were told two weeks.We received a call to pick it up but it was stretched no frame, they were sorry and would order the frame.We checked again after two weeks, the frame was mounted but incorrectly( some was touching the print and some was the regular 1/8” distance from hithe print but also… the print had been rubbed on all of the edges. We were told that that happens TO ALL PRINTS WHEN FRAMING. we still don’t have my print, and it’s damaged and was framed incorrectly.Never take anything of value here.
