Took my computers in to troubleshoot some wiring and rgb issues. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and Jacob, specifically. Took the time to explain and teach me what was going on while working through my problems. Great crew to work with if you need some pc repair done.

Kudos to Adam! He's the MAN. Got fiber installed. Somehow switching networks put a glitch on my desktop PC. Would no longer read internet (direct wired). Took it in and Adam worked a little magic and fixed it on the spot! Thanks Adam. I've used PC laptops before and they've bailed me out of some jams. They are my go-to for computer problems.

Keaton H did a great job. I was having admin issues with windows 11. He was very knowledgeable in the issues and resolved my problems. He took the stress off my shoulders that I was struggling with for the last day. I appreciate the experience with him and recommend this site for your PC assistance needs

I do hate to write this review as up until now I highly recommended pc laptops. My screen had been damaged and was under warranty. I brought the laptop to PC laptops in American Fork mid November and was told it was under warranty. They would take care of things but it may be a month or so. I came back between Christmas and New Years to see the status since I hadn't heard anything. At that time, they couldn't find my laptop and had no order or anything. Later that day I got a call or was found. It turns out the person who helped me quit and my laptop was forgotten and left without any attention. I was assured that my laptop would be fixed now. I returned a couple weeks later and again, no one could find my laptopor order, again. It was found again and I was told the reason nothing had been done is because they didn't have the charger. I drove home and brought back the charger. I was told that the screen would take time to be fixed but they would send it off right away, per the manager who apologized (this was the first part of January). Today (4/1) I went in to get my laptop, and again no one could find it, again I was told that the person working on it quit and my laptop was still with the vendor. I'm upset, I really need my laptop back for work!

Great service and great policies. 50$ For them to diagnose your pc and check every part with return service being free is just such a great deal. Adam especially helped me out and was super kind.

I brought in a dell that I had recently purchased. I was trying to upgrade the RAM myself, but had been unsuccessful. I brought the computer and new RAM in and asked them to install it for me.Very important: when I first came in, we powered on the PC and I logged in, showing them that it was working with the standard RAM.I mean no personal offense, but the clearly junior staff member was assigned to help me. He was very nervous and seemed unsure of what he was doing. He was removing and installing the RAM while the computer was still plugged in, and he was not wearing a grounding bracelet. He was having a lot of trouble getting the ram in and out, and pushing quite hard.Suddenly the computer stopped turning on. He tried a few solutions, mostly just unplugging and plugging it back in, but it still wouldn’t turn on. The more senior employee came to help, and they both looked at it for a few minutes.Then they both came over to me, and the senior asked, “how long have you had this computer?” When I told him four days, he laughed, and said “you should just return it.” I asked why, and he said because the power supply was broken.I said it’s their responsibility to fix it because it worked when I brought it in, before they messed with it. The senior employee immediately became defensive, and started blaming me for the issues. He said, and this is verbatim, “you could say that. But we don’t know what you did to the computer. You tried changing the RAM yourself, and you could have broken it.” and, “That’s just how electricity works, man.”The complete lack of accountability and responsibility was astonishing. This senior employee was effectively gas lighting me because he didn’t want to accept responsibility for the computer. It worked perfectly when I came in, and they both knew and saw that. Then they messed with it, and then it wouldn’t turn on. Somehow that’s my fault.Extremely unprofessional service and extremely unprofessional individual. I will never be going here again

Brought computer in for crashing issue and was able to talk directly with someone about potential issues, after talking about likely causes, I decided to just let them keep it for them to diagnose, as I am not super knowledgeable in computer diagnosis. After less than a week they called me letting me know that all the tests came back good and they don't see any issues with it. I understand that sometimes this happens and the problem cannot be seen. When I went to pick it up they didn't even charge me for the diagnosis because they did not find anything. I think they might have cleaned some of the dust out as well.
