Disappointed. I was told that my issue with my laptop was not fixable unless I wanted to pay hundreds of dollars to fix it. When I went on to YouTube and I was able to fix it myself. No hardware, just a quick bios technique and it was fixed. PC Laptops would not tell me that. PC laptops is more about sales than they are about customer service.

American Fork PC Laptops was really great. They refunded the computer I bought after realizing I didn’t really need that big of a computer.

I have heard the “At PC Laptops, We love you!” Ad’s on the radio for years. Always told myself to go to these guys when my generic off the shelf HP breaks down… and it did today. Right before big meetings and the monthly billing cycle for my company. I was in trouble, but these guys jumped in and went to work. They found me a laptop in stock that’s 10 times better than what I had (and at a fair price). Stuart, the lead tech jumped in and helped me out. I was there only about an hour and a half and they had all my files and data transferred to the new laptop. Anti- virus installed and ready to go as well. Stuart made sure I was taken care of and walked me through all the stuff I don’t understand without making me feel like a dummy!!! These guys are a very fair price for the value, but considering the 5 star customer service, and their very helpful problem solving attitudes… I would say I should have paid more. They are amazing. 5 stars all the way around!!!

PC laptops help me access an old computer that I was locked out of. They were fast friendly and very competent in their work. I would highly recommend for any of your repairs or if you need a new laptop to go to PC laptops.

Talked to someone on the phone (they were very nice) and I got an idea of what their process was for fixing laptops. The impression I got is that they would open it up, and we would go from there.I get in to the location at American Fork, and I was a bit shocked by how the guy behind the desk treated the situation. I said that the laptop had trouble charging and recently wouldn't turn on. After finding out it wasn't a laptop they had sold, he said it was a bad motherboard that needed to be replaced and it would take 8 weeks to get a new one there. He also said, if I recall correctly, that I'd have to leave my laptop with them while waiting the 8 weeks.Opened it myself that day and found the battery was just disconnected from the motherboard. Plugged it back in, and it resolved the not-turning-on issue. There are still a few things that need to be addressed with my computer that I was hoping to fix, but I'm not going back there to do it.Word of advice, if you don't want to work on a laptop, just say so. I don't appreciate the scare tactics, that rely on people's general lack of familiarity with the inside of a computer, to push away less than desirable customers.

Very helpful, they agreed to replace a battery free of charge when I didn't have the right screwdriver to open a machine. Also gave me some useful advice on ideas for getting my laptop to run better.

On their TV commercials it says "At PC laptops we love you". That is true only if you spend a lot of money on a new computer. I took my personal computer in to be repaired. This is to the store in American Fork, Ut. I explained that one of my drives had crashed and I wanted to recover the data. They told me they could do that. However, there were other more specialized places that drive could be taken where they would open the drive in a sterile environment to recover the data. This would be a lot more expensive. I was also told that what they would try to do to recover the data would not prevent any other attempts to recover data in a sterile environment because they would not be opening the drive.Gustav Orellana then decided to stop listening to what I wanted and focused %100 on selling me new computer. To push me to buy a new computer he told me it would be easier to recover the data with a new machine and a lot of other stuff. I explained that THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO ME WAS THE DATA ON THE DRIVE. If I needed to spend $2000 to recover the data I would not have $2000 to buy a knew computer. As I mentioned Gustav had no interest in listening to me and assured me that a new computer would help transfer the data. So he ordered from the Wearhouse a new computer to assist with my data recover.I went back a few days later to check on my drive only to discover that nothing had been done yet, but my new computer was there. I asked one of the technicians (Bronson) why. His response was. "Do you remember who it was that helped you?" I told them that it was Gustav Orellana. The technician reply, "Do you feel like he spent more time trying to sell you a computer then actually listening to you?" I replied yes. After a little more discussion, they got working on my drive.When I was able to get back to the store. Gustav was all ready for me to sign and pay for my new computer. I asked about what data was recovered he had no idea. I asked if I could see what was transferred to the new computer and discovered that a lot of what I wanted was recovered, but not all. I told Gustav that I would like to spend the money on sending the drive to one of the specialized labs to attempt to recover the data. Unfortunately, for PC Laptops Gustav replied "That's not what we agreed on," and then attempted to get me to buy a new computer. After a "discussion" of what was agreed on, we did come to a resolution and I purchased the drive that had my recovered data.I will never take my computer back to any PC Laptop for repair. One of their sales pitches is that when you buy a computer from PC Laptops you have a life time repair policy on any computer purchased. After my experience, and listening to several other costumers who brought their computers in for repairs while I was there, PC Laptops does not listen. Gustav Orellana was the store manager.

I brought our PC in because it wouldn’t turn on, they were able to solve the problem quickly and found another issue with the hard drive. They fixed that both problem at no charge. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I would highly recommend them for any repairs or new purchases.

I have never left a review on anywhere I've ever been, and I hate to start with a bad one. But holy crap, this place sucks. My laptop bricked up and I took it here to get a diagnostics check run. They said it would take about 3 days. Cut to three weeks later, I haven't heard from them. I called them, and apparently they don't have a single USB-C charger in their whole shop, so they couldn't work on my laptop. For one, I think that's a massive red flag in a place that works on COMPUTERS. Two, no one contacted me about this issue. They'd have had my laptop indefinitely, apparently, if I hadn't called. So I picked up my laptop after 3 weeks without any changes, and am mailing it to the manufacturer instead. Because this place is absolutely ridiculous. Just take your stuff somewhere else.

I stopped by this store because I was having issues with my pc, Mathew and his crew went above and beyond to help me out. They were able to meet my needs within a timely matter and helped me out a lot. I would highly recommend this shop for any pc troubles

Got my PC from them 8 years ago. They've always had excellent service when I come in with issues. I've gotten tune-ups, parts replaced, and debugging done quickly, professionally, and free all through that time.They may have a high upfront cost, but if you want to free yourself from computer headaches, this is the place to get your next computer!
