Not sure what’s going on with the employees at this location but they did not seem like they wanted to be bothered with any questions or helping someone check out. 3 of them sitting in the office while we stood there waiting.

I had placed an online order for pick up Saturday. The email clearly states to wait for a confirmation that it’s ready to pick up before heading to the store. When I called yesterday the girl couldn’t find my order and kept asking me if I had the right location. She finally found it. And said it would be ready. I go in today and they still had to mix paint. When we arrived to the store we were not even acknowledge and had to wait at the counter for a while before we were finally helped. I had asked him how the after prep for the deglosser worked ( instructions say it helps avoid sanding and take off the gloss)The employee told me to pour my deglosser in my brand new paint I had just bought.Overall, customer service was not so friendly at this location.

We've been remodeling our new home, and - consequently - have needed plenty of new paint for the walls, ceilings, cabinets, trim, etc, etc... Despite us coming in to bug him for more paint (seemingly) every day, Talan's been an absolute champ to work with. He's friendly and knowledgable, and he's patient when working with painting novices like us. Also, the paint quality is terrific. We're very pleased with the results. (We opted for "Extra White" walls, for reference). Give these guys a look if you need a fresh coat of paint for your next project.

Only one Employee working on a Saturday morning? I had a paint sprayer reserved and the rental guy didn’t show up when he said he would. Ended up leaving the store because the one guy couldn’t handle it. What a waste of time.

They were quick to answer the phone and all of my questions. Emma helped me today and she was an allstar!! She was friendly, and patient. I would recommend these guys on their customer experience and friendliness alone. Great work. Keep it up.

Terrible customer service. They closed the doors ten min early after rushing over here before closed. The employees clearly saw me at the door and wouldn’t open the doors. I had a 10 second transaction to do and could have been in and out before they closed at 6. Honestly worst customer service

Terrible customer service. Went in to get a stain matched and the employee helping us was rude and unhelpful. They can not match stain. It’s false advertisement.

I used the order online, pick up in store option. I ordered around 8am and I got an email saying the paint (one gallon of tinted paint) was ready around 8:30am. When I got there, there were a couple of customers ahead of me. My paint also wasn’t actually mixed yet for some reason? They did mix it right away and I’m only waited a couple of minutes for it to be ready, but kind of weird that it wasn’t actually ready for pickup when I was notified that it was. Maybe that is by design (paint pigment separates when it sits for too long so maybe they wanted it to be fresh)? Overall satisfied, though!
