Overall everything was easy and great ... The only thing I didn't like (and I'm sure just probably a miss understanding) .. I thought all of the payments to my creditors were being sent directly to them ... But I have to do it ... If I understood that ... I would have had all of that money directly deposited to my account (as also discussed) and then to them. I now have to pay to send all of those checks (at the very least priority mail to have tracking) to my creditors and probably take a couple of weeks to manage instead of completing everything in a couple of days ... That was the only thing I wasn't exactly to excited about.

Great working with loan officer and processor from beginning to end. Was able to beat my previous quote of 6.49% 1.7 pts with same rate at 0 pts and no lender fees.

Josh Jensen and Josh Andrade did the absolute impossible and got us from start to closing within weeks! We were dealing with another company who ultimately would have had us pay an enormous amount at closing....Josh and Josh made sure that we had the same value at $0 closing for our VA loan! THEY KNOCKED IT OUT! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I am waiting on my closing while my creditors wait on their money. I have done most of the calling to see what the status of my loan is. I should get some deductions for my legwork. Plus my loan is going over 45 days for no reason. I should have read the reviews beforehand and done this locally. I may have to cut my losses if not done in the next few days.

They absolutely crushed it and got us early closing when we thought for sure we weren’t going to be able to. They really hooked it up and I would suggest everyone that needs a lender to go through Simplify Home Loans and ask for Mason and Alex.
