Don’t expect much from them here. Run in with a raunchy lady employee one of the two was nice but the other…wouldn’t be caught dead next to her again. I have some big projects in the future but this location won’t get any of my business! By the looks of it with some other reviews they don’t have a great track record with customer service. I was told to come here but wouldn’t have had I checked the reviews!

We had a leak on the water meter. We went into standard plumbing and Adam helped us. He found the part that we needed an told us how to repair the leak. We really appreciate his kindness and his knowledge of the products. Thanks Adam!

The lady at the sales desk by the kitchen faucets was one of the rudest people I have ever met. Once she realized I was using my plumber’s account she got really short and was very unhelpful. She obviously was going to miss out on commission. And when I asked if my plumber can just order the faucet online she said “I don’t know, I don’t run the website.”

Very poor service. I called and was hung up on, or kept on hold for 30mins, or was told I'd be called back. When the part arrived after 3 weeks of waiting I was given a box full of missing parts.

Decent selection, is clean, but not an employee in sight. Had waited with about 3 other people for 20 minutes. Well, I gave up, put my items back and left.

My AC went out, Friday late afternoon, didn't find the problem until lat that night. Saturday morning I go searching for the part. Went so several places, with no luck, I have a employee tell me to go to standard, gave me directions. Got there super happy they were open, but once inside they right away said we don't carry that part(part was in hand) I was bummed, asked if he might have an idea who would carry it and he offered to look to see if the place close by was open. Unfortunately it was not. He asked if I would mind traveling, I said no. (It was one of the hottest days so far, I needed the part, lol) he made a few calls found the part at another location, verified they had the part and gave me the address. This guy went above and beyond in my book to help me. He could of just sent me on my way, but he made a bit of effort and made my day!!! I got the part, at a very reasonable price as well at had my AC up and running a few hours later. THANK YOU!!! I didn't grab your name, but it's the little things, and you did an amazing job!! Keep up the awesome customer service!!!!

I will never come back to this store, I was never once talked to by an employee nobody asked if I needed any help, nobody greeted me, the employees were too busy hanging out with each other and they gave the vibe that you weren't wanted in the store, almost like you were a burden to their conversation with each other. Thanks to my experience at this store I went somewhere else and found out how awesome BJ plumbing is and they took great care of me and that's where I will continue to go for anything plumbing related.
