It’s been about 5ish years since I’ve been going here and the store always has had good vibes. The employees are friendly and so helpful. I’ve never have had any issues with my vapes but today I called with a vape issue. Didn’t think they were going to be able to do anything about BUT John help me out and exceeded my expectations! Was able to help me and replace my vape. Thanks for being so awesome!

ID scan before you can even ask a question is wild. The state liqour store doesn't even do that. Had to find what I came for myself. I loved the vibes ?

They have no loyalty to long time customers. Arrived less than a minute before closing and the worker today would not even let me make a quick purchase even as I was already inside. They need to hire better, and more courteous, staff.

I’m so glad I went to this location. I had never been into a smoke shop and I needed to purchase a gift for a friend. Stetson was SO SO kind to me and made me feel so welcomed, especially being my first experience. I absolutely recommend this location!! Thank you Stetson!
