Get some more checkout employees! ZERO men's shoes. Couldn't even get a decent set of sandals on the go

I agree with alot of the previous ratings. My problems with this location are shelves are lacking inventory everytime I go, no matter the time of day or day of the week. Even when it shows in stock it's no where to be found. And if you ask for help to check the back everyone I've encountered with seems put out to check. And to get any kind of answers on the phone is a complete joke. They'd have to actually answer the call first. The department having most these problems is the toy department, and it's always a disaster.

Dirty, extremely long check out lines, shelves are empty. Never have what I went for or the checkout is so long I turn around and walk out.

Less of a disaster than it used to be, but still chronically understaffed and continues to suffer from long checkout lines, even when it's not busy

They don’t answer the phones so don’t expect to actually get someone on the other line from any department. This location is by far the WORST.

Moved from Orem to American Fork and I have to say it was a downgrade. This place is a mess and understaffed it seems like.

This target doesn’t miss (get it? because Target). Their selection was on point (get it? Because Target). The employees aim to please (get it? Because Target). Their clearance records kind of suck though (get it? Because Target) Zack signing off

The fitting rooms said they were closed for maintenance but there was nothing actually going on. It makes it very hard to buy clothes if you don’t even know they fit. Plus the checkout line is so long because they only have the self checkouts available.

This is by far the worst Target location (and several other people agree). Every time I come here, it’s chaos. But for the sake of time, I’m just going to talk about one experience…
There were literal piles ALL OVER the floor. You couldn’t even move your cart through the “aisles”, because the racks are placed incredibly close together. You can’t see the merchandise because everything is so messy. Everyone is packed like sardines (even on a slow Wednesday afternoon).
One of the two dressing rooms in the store were closed. The one that was closed had piles almost to the ceiling of clothes. I just watched Hoarders on Netflix and this came dangerously close.
The dressing rooms that were open barely had access to get in. One side was blocked with carts full of piles practically falling out of them. You had to literally SQUEEZE to get into the dressing rooms. And then of course they are piled high inside with hangers and clothes scattered all over. But that’s a step up from the dressing rooms almost always being closed for no reason other than laziness.
It was like navigating through a maze the entire time I was there. It was frustrating too that the employees in the clothing department were just standing there talking.
Plus the dollar section is always like empty so that sucks

Daniela was the slowest cashier I’ve ever seen in my life. I thought it was a joke with how long it took her to scan one item. It was literally like Flash from Zootopia, and I am so sorry with how rude I sound, but she was also very passive aggressive. We set our items down on the checkout belt and she rudely asked us to physically hand her the items, even though they were one foot away from her AND she has a button to move the conveyer belt. This target is always unorganized and has the laziest employees.

I just moved here from Colorado Springs. There is not a single target in that city that even comes close to being as bad as this. even in the awful areas (crime). This is the worst target (space, vibe, cleanliness, staff) I have ever visited. Honestly just shut it down or move locations

This Target location is always a mess. It's very disorganized, and there are always clothes all over the floor.
I really needed a motorized scooter to get around, but there weren't any available. This isn't the first time this has happened either. They need more scooters available for people with disabilities.
I won't be coming back to this location anytime soon.

I love target and I will continue shopping here, but I am writing this review to warn people to pay attention to their bags when they leave!!!
I just went to this location for spider spray and per usual ended up getting a bunch of other stuff. I got some hard seltzer and when I went to check out the 19-year-old wasn’t allowed to check me out so a different woman came up and checked me out.
I kind of noticed her doing something very strange while she was bagging my things. It was almost like she seemed confused about bagging, but in hindsight, I think she was planning on taking some of my things.
I left and drove home, which is about five minutes from target, went to get the bug spray to spray around my garage because I have spiders. It was then I realized an entire bag was missing.
I immediately got back in my car and went back there, so I had only been gone about 10 minutes. I immediately grabbed the woman that was acting strange as she was bagging me and she pretended like she had no clue who I was. Seriously lady, I was just here 10 minutes ago and you had to come over and check me out because I bought alcohol. May I say, sus?!?!
I then went to the first checkout girl and she said oh yes, that bag was left behind, but I don’t know where it is now. The first shady woman just kept saying “I don’t know where it’s at. I don’t know where it’s at. I don’t know where it’s at”.
She must’ve sent it at least five times before I said OK then what are we going to do about it because I still need my things and I paid for them. I ultimately had to cause a bit of a ruckus and get management involved. The manager treated me like I did something wrong, but I ultimately got my things back.
Target is awesome, we all know that, but I would suggest doing self check out at this location. There are thieves working there and managers that treat you like garbage when you tell them, I just wanted my things that I paid for lol (never mind the INCONVENIENCE)
