“PLEASE READ UNTIL THE END” Let us all help this business!
I have wedding to attend with green theme. Paul who happened to be the owner of the salon did an amazing job with my detailed nail art. I came and handed Paul a 20% discount card I got from my friend. Paul and his partner were so nice and friendly. We had a little chat and I found out their current business situation. I learned that they recently bought this Business last year from their friends who said that they are moving out of State. However Paul found out that his friends opened a new Salon in Saratoga Springs with the same exact business name. His friend took all of their Nail Technicians to their new Nails Salon, not only that, they also took the customer list.
This is the first and only ORIGINAL IVY NAILS!

Under the old owners the quality was good. Under the new owners the price increased and the quantity decreased.

Went in here for the first time a couple weeks ago and literally ended up walking out after 5 minutes.
I was looking for a sheer color. They gave me these jelly looking samples and chrome samples so l showed them a reference photo of what I was wanting and the lady that was waiting to do my nails was so impatient and rude and I just walked out.
There was obviously a small language barrier but that doesn't give you the right to be rude and passive.
Already had a bad day, this made it so much worse.

Terrible experience. Went in for gel French tips. Lady was so frustrated and clicking her tongue at me, throwing my hand around because I asked her to make the tips thinner as they were very thick and globs were rolling off the sides, hadn’t been under the light yet. She was quite aggressive and annoyed the whole appointment. My finger was bleeding from her filing. I asked her why she was so frustrated, reminded her that I was a paying customer. Then after they dried there was dust and air bubbles in the tips, when I asked her to fix them she dismissed me. Won’t be back.

Experience favoritism! I came in before another client to get my nail fixed and she was put before me. The gentleman that does acrylic stated to me that I was able to get in after my color change on my toes. Half way through he changed his mind and said I can’t be seen at all. While there are only two techs that does acrylic at the moment he made time to go back-and-forth between a client and the other client that needed her nails fixed who came in AFTER me. My feet color were changed, he was done with her, but still didn’t take me onto to fix one nail.

I’ve been going to this salon for months now I originally went to a different salon but I came here as a walk in and they fit me right in no wait time! They all were super kind the receptionist helped me pick a color and made me feel super comfortable I had some old gel on and they took it off and gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had! They are extremely clean and it smells super nice! 10/10 would recommend this salon is very professional, clean, and friendly!

I have been going to this salon for 3 years and for the first 2 years when Andy was available i was very pleased. The past year it continues to decline in quality service as well cleanliness. Today i had an appointment at 2:30 and waited for 50 minutes before walking out. The frustrating part is there were 4 technicians that did not have clients and on their phones. A client came in after me and got in before me. I finally got up and left. My time is more valuable than that and being a loyal customer expect better service. I went around corner to another salon to another salon that got me right in.

I had a great experience at the salon with Ivy. She's super detailed, from shaping to color. She checked in throughout the appointment to make sure I was happy. I love my nails!

Amazing service!! Once they got us in, they were fast and so so kind. Danny helped me and was so great. Great prices, lots of options. Will definitely be coming again :)

Wonderful service. Jennifer was really awesome with the pedicure. Ivy did a great job on my nails. Very clean. Very busy.
