I had a very unique experience with this company. I bought a car from them back in December of 2018 and I did get a nice car for a good price for that reason I will not give one star. However, I am extremely disappointed in their ability to stick to their word. Prior to purchasing my vehicle we all knew there were a couple of things that needed repair. Usually I would not purchase the car until after these repairs were completed but because it was a good deal I could not risk losing out due to someone else purchasing so we agreed on me buying the car and roughly a week later I would bring it back in to fix the 3 things that needed repair. A week later I brought the car in and unfortunately the wrong parts were purchased so only 1 of the 3 repairs were completed. They instructed me to return in about a week once the new parts they ordered had arrived. Again I showed up and again the parts were apparently wrong. This went on for probably 4 more times, so a total of 6 different trips out to the shop to get these repairs done and each time I was sent away with the same exact reason. I was starting to wonder if it was just a matter of them not wanting to fix these issues and just hoping I would eventually stop. The responses to my texts and phone calls became a lot more seldom. Still to this day they have not finished the repairs that they said they would fix and I have tried reaching out multiple times and no more responses. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but maybe I should have seen this coming from the beginning. If you are looking for a good car and a fair price this is a good place to look but whatever you do, do not take the car off the lot until it is completely ready to go because it appears that once the sale is final you are no longer treated as a valuable customer.

we bought a Toyota Corolla 2010 and they fixed all the things we found out when we started to run it. Great guys. Reliable people to do business with.

Carlos and Dave have been great to work with. They helped me with figuring out my loan and were flexible with it taking it while. Carlos has been super helpful with any little problem that has come up in my car. Even programmed a spare key for free. They are easy to work with and super helpful.

My wife and I bought our car here recently and had an amazing experience. Dave was willing to work with us and our budget. He had no problems with me running the car over to a mechanic of my choice for a once over and the mechanic said there were only a couple of very minor and easy-to-fix problems. Would recommend.

We bought a car about a month ago and love it. Dave is a good hardworking business man. Great customer service and really leaves you feeling good which is sometimes hard to find from a dealership.

You cannot go wrong with Tri Valley Motors. I have always wanted a car audio system in my truck. After a few failed attempts at doing it myself, I took it in to Dave and Carlos. They were willing to get me right into the shop even though they had their hands full. (This has been the case multiple times) Carlos installed my car audio system in record time and did it right the first time. He even put in a back up camera that I was not expecting at no extra charge!! These guys are professionals and great at what they do! I would and will recommend Tri Valley Motors to anyone!

Awesome Experience! Dave (sales) and Carlos (mechanic) backup the cars they sell. It's that simple. It's scary to buy a used car because you just don't know what could be wrong with it. They gave me great deal on the car. For a an oil change, I took my car to the dealership. The dealership told me that something was wrong with the car and quoted me $1500 to fix it. I was in a bit of a panic because I just bought it. I called Dave and explained the situation. With no hesitation he told me that whatever it is that they'd take care of it and to bring it in. Carlos took a look at it and concluded it wasn't the issue the dealer said it was. He showed me the true problem which was minor and he was 100% correct. They guy knows his stuff. I swear he is a wizard. Fixed it at no charge. I brought it in for something different and received the same treatment. I didn't expect it a second time. Above and beyond! If they tell you they will do something, they mean it. Very cool guys. I would not hesitate to buy another car from them. I also found my new mechanic.
