I have found bolts at this location, 4 or so times, that I couldn't find at the big box stores. Whether it was a shoulder bolt, or fine vs coarse thread, and vice versa. That is about all the shopping I have done there though. It was close to work.

I truly LOVE this local hardware store with a casual vibe. The combination of True Value + Standard Plumbing is amazing. There is always staff up front who can help. It's so much faster than going to Home Depot or Lowes. I totally recommend them and I hope they don't ever go away.

Great place super friendly and it's close for a lot of people up on provo bench and yes the do have great prices and smaller hometown places need business to support are local small town stores to that's the way I see it

Worst place ever! Don't waste your time. I placed an order, they took my money and gave me an arrival date. It was a time sensitive order. It's 3 days overdue. The employee tells me there's nothing he can do. Nobody he can call to find out what's up, no manager to speak to, NOTHING. Their closing time online is 7PM but the store door says 6PM. Store employees won't pick up the phone. When companies like this go out of business, this is why. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I should have paid $5 and gone to Home Depot.

Stood there for 15 minutes staring at pipes and tubing, wondering what I needed. No one asked me if I needed help. They were all too busy talking about child support and personal stuff to work. Other people kept laughing and screaming really loud, it was really unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable and felt like I wasn't wanted. So I took my business elsewhere.

As a plumbing professional this is absolutely the worst store to go to. I've never been to a supply house with this terrible of customer service. I guess on this particular day and employee is leaving so they are all huddled in a corner talking And having a good time while everyone else is wondering the store trying to find something in there poorly stocked warehouse. Avoid this location at all cost
