Fantastic first experience at a specialty makeup store! Got help almost immediately from Kylee, who was an absolute dream. She helped me find a good foundation, helped me shade match, and helped me find a product for skincare! 10/10, would recommend. Anna at the register was also incredibly sweet and helpful, and would recommend her to anyone!

"I never write reviews, but this time I have to because I have never felt so humiliated as I did today. I came with the intention to buy perfume. The girl who served me took the perfume and brought it to the cash register. Okay, I understand, but just a few months ago, I bought a more expensive perfume and nobody took it to the cash register; I took it myself. When I came to the cashier to pay, the woman working there asked for my phone number. She entered it as she does every time I shop in that store. I said I wanted to use my points and a discount coupon because I saved it for this purchase. I want to mention that I have been in that store every two weeks because I used the hair salon services. This time, the cashier asked for my ID; no one has asked me for ID for large amounts before, and today, for a small amount he asked me for ID, justifying that she wanted to make sure I wasn't using someone else's points. Before that, I showed her on my phone app that I had the coupon. I felt humiliated. In the end, she commented, "You're very excited" Because buying perfume???
I'm almost Diamond member and I have CC with them!
P.S. This is not the first time I've had a bad feeling from the same cashier!"

Incredibly uncomfortable experience with the condescending older woman (Anna) at the counter, pushing credit cards and phone number sign up. Will not be back again.

Sent my wife to grab some cologne for me as we are leaving on vacation. Not only was she pushed into getting something that we didn’t want, but they tried to force her to sign up for a credit card at checkout. Worst part? THEY DIDNT ASK FOR PERMISSION. They covered it up with a “20% discount”. The girls working at this location clearly have the IQ of a squirrel and don’t realize that it’s illegal to scam people. They’ll find out soon enough!

I only go here for a couple products here and there, and am usually in and out pretty quick. They always are helpful and ask about signing up for their credit card when checking out, and I always kindly decline. Never have had a issue. This time though, I received no assistance finding what I needed, and the pressure I received from the cashier to sign up was ridiculous. Clearly struggling to keep my toddler contained, fumbling to get my card out, and things, I kindly declined multiple times. She WOULD NOT give me my total, kept repeating herself, would not take no for an answer. Finally I gave in clearly flustered from the anxiety and frustration of just wanting to leave. She LIED and told me there was no annual fees or interest when there very much is. Now they're giving me the run around about getting the card canceled. I feel taken advantage of, being a stressed, newly, single mom. Just trying to get home from running around all day, with a very moody toddler. Makes me not want to shop here ever again.

Staff is always rude and just talking to each other. I went up to a worker that was talking to her friends and she rolled her eyes at me because I asked her for her assistance. she was then snappy at me and wasn’t helpful at all. I just choose to avoid that ulta now because every time I go they’re rude and just talking to each other.

I came here to get my hair done for my birthday because I heard great things about their services. I simply asked for this cute messy, curly up-do with braids. In the end, she made this frizzy bun with braids and called it a formal hairstyle on the paper, which in fact, it was not!! I would have worn what she created if I was going to go work out, not celebrate my birthday!! I may have not expressed my feelings to her in words, but I sure did with my feet because I am not coming back here.

Always love going into this store, everyone is always so nice. I do wish they laid off the credit card talk. My cashier today was Olivia and she was so lovely!
