I went to this location to ship 10 packages. When I got to the front of the line, the employee told me that they did not want to ship my packages for me because there was a line behind me and it would take a while (the line was one person and there are 2 employees helping customers). I then said “so you’re telling me that UPS can’t ship my packages?” And she said, “yes, it would take too long.”
The employee did not ship my packages because she did not feel like doing that much work. Absolutely ridiculous

I needed to ship a computer (urgently) for work. I took it to this UPS and had them package it up and ship it (priority shipping) to the destination.
The next day the package is on my porch because they put an orange sticker on the package that meant that it couldn’t be shipped priority.
When I took the package into the location they told me that all I had to do was tear off the sticker (that they placed on the package) and reship the computer.
They said it was a mistake on their part and offered no attempt to remedy the situation. So despite paying for priority delivery, the computer will now get there 2 days later than it was supposed to.
I get mistakes happen, but at least remedy the situation (overnight shipping, refund, something).

They have been my go to store. I’m only docking one star because their recent remodel reduced the number of checkout stands, so it’s longer wait times. Seemed a little silly to me, but I’m sure there is more behind it.

Very poorly managed as they staffed a single employee during busy holiday shipping season.
The employee may have been very overwhelmed to be working by herself but she also didn’t show any concern for actually assisting customers. This was demonstrated by her behavior toward multiple customers including myself. She was unable or unwilling to assist with answering simple shipping questions.
She was also very clearly frustrated with assisting other customers with Amazon returns. She spoke to those customers in a very disrespectful, condescending attitude.
This may not be the best fitting job for that employee. As a business, you should be focused an assisting the customers who keep you in business.
