In August 2025, we visited the United States Postal Service in American Fork, Utah. This is a large facility, as it services not only American Fork, but also nearby Highland and Alpine, as these two cities do not have their own Post Office. This facility is clean and well-maintained, and the employees are helpful. We were inquiring about different job opportunities within the United States Postal Service. Whitney, one of the managers, explained to our satisfaction the differences in the various job roles. We had a favorable experience visiting the American Fork Post Office.

We had a great experience here. Our mails were handled by their wonderful employee ‘Faith’. She stands up to her name. Excellent service.

I had an interaction with an employee who identified himself as John at American Fork Utah USPS. HE answered in a friendly tone and he seemed open to assist me with tracking a package. However he believed that he wasn't sure if he could share the time and location of when my item was last scanned after I provided him with the tracking number and the destination of the package. He seemed confused and suddenly reluctant to share any tracking information. I'm thinking John needs to be given some additional in service or properly educated about what Information that can be shared.

NOT A REVIEW OF USPS or of American Fork, Utah. This is a review of SIMPL Wallets (newest minimalistic wallet) = a TOTAL SCAM and this company uses a PO Box 1044 in American Fork, Utah. I tried reviewing on SIMPL website, they filtered my review and placed eliminated it. Trustpilot has a group of SIMPLMEN reviewing this (ALL BAD RATINGS!) which is JUST! I even tried reviewing this on Amazon.com, but verified purchases only. So you must get duped before you can review. Their money back guarantee is a SHAM. No refunds on Promotions, there is shipping paid by consumer with a 15% restocking fee. The advertising on social media is also a SCAM... I shook my card holder the first time as a test and all 6 heavy credit cards, fell out! Man did i fall for this one HOOK, LINE, and SINKER! I am stuck with $60 worth of non-functional, useless GARBAGE. I am even scared to give it away as gifts for fear of losing friends! Chalk it up to being SCAMMED!

I mailed a card to my military son on April 23, 2025 from American Fork,Utah post office (handed to teller to make sure it was the right stamps) that was going to 175 Bosa Drive, St. Robert, MO 65584 and it has never arrived! Today’s date is May 15, 2025. I would like to know what has happened in this delivery?

I was trying to call in to get a question answered and it took like 15 minutes to just get through the automated assistant trying to direct my call. Whatever they are using can’t understand me when I speak. Some parts of the automation give you a number you can press or a word you can say but some parts of the call only give you a word you can say. The automated assistant couldn’t understand me and kept getting my path wrong. Once I finally got on hold and talked with a representative, they answered my question well and got me what I needed. Leaving a review to hopefully help them get their system updated since by the time I got to the rep I was already frustrated.

Only 2 counter workers in the midday rush says it all. It's just another over funded government institution with no to focus on actual customer service. You got 8-10 ppl waiting in line and just two reps serving. Where is the manager to ensure service is quick and effective?
