The service was very pleasant. The bank teller was very helpful. They have better service here than in Los Angeles.

Jake Ackley, says he works in customer service but knows nothing about it. I went in for a simple name change. Teller states he needs branch manager to perform said services. Jake refused to help me because it would be better for me to come back at 2:30 when he was done with his lunch break. I explained to teller that I left work in order to get this done as quickly as possible and the importance of getting this done now. Teller said Jake reiterated for me to come back after he was done with his lunch. I have been a customer of Wells since 2006 which is way longer than Jake has been with Wells. I'm disappointed with the customer service I received today and I still didn't get my name changed on my account.

I've been losing a lot of money because of wells fargo. When you call they tell you to go to a bank, and when you go to the bank they tell you to call. Worst service among services.

A necessary evil. Every time I come in to the branch they have no idea how to help. They make notes to call and schedule something with a \\\"specialist\\\" and nothing back from them. The online banking is smooth, but if your needs are outside of basic transactions, probably not the best.

Super disappointed. We made an appointment and we sat for 30 minutes. They helped other customers and didn't bother to ask us if we needed any help. I don't truly understand the point of making an appointment if they won't help you anyways

They close the lobby and their drive thru at 5 M-F. That is extremely inconvenient. Most banking institutions don't do that!

This Wells Fargo location is my favorite to go to. The lines move quickly and the tellers are ridiculously nice! I've gone to a couple other locations when my money was miscounted and I didn't realize until later... that has never happened here! If you want fast and friendly service come to this location!

THIS IS ABOUT THE WELLS FARGO AS A WHOLE. I stayed with them as they let you use to print off check copies for all accounts one year back, for tax purposes I liked this. Now you have to print off your checks in the current month. They don't let you go back anymore a year to print off checks that have cleared. , so there goes a bit of ease preparing my taxes. I think I will leave Wells Fargo over this. Also they may charge for all check copies that use to be free by just printing off your own computer. I have 5 accounts with them and this is a BIG MAJOR HASSLE, AND WASTE OF TIME, for anyone doing taxes. ANOTHER IMPORTANT POINT, I HAD 3 CREDIT CARDS STOLEN ONLINE IN 4 MONTHS. IT WAS WELLS FARGO EMPLOYEES AS NO ONE ELSE KNEW I HAD NEW CREDIT CARDS I WILL NEVER BANK WITH THEM, NOR SHOULD YOU. MULTIPLE FEES IF YOU DON'T KEEP HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS IN EACH ACCOUNT TOO DISHONEST, THEY TAKE DOWN YOUR DATA WHEN YOU CLOSE AN ACCOUNT, where fi you dont you can print off your data. OH AND THEY COMBINE YOUR ACCOUNTS TO ONE STATEMENT. THIS IS WAY STRESSFUL. When they send you the statements it is so confusing, it says One account number at the top ;of the page then it does not say the new account they switched to midpage down. Takes me forever to figure out which transactions are on what account. I REALLY HATE WELLS FARGO, been with them 26 yrs and they just PUSHED ME OVER THE EDGE. I bank elsewhere now and happy I changed.

Beware! I have been banking with WF for over 10 years. They have done OK for both my personal and business banking. However, This branch is a nightmare! I always leave feeling disappointed and not helped. Ive decides that I'm not going here any more just because its the closest WF. The workers are not genuine and management is dysfunctional. Its uncanny how they can make mistake after mistake, and not take responsibility for it. Their location is obviously what keeps them in business. And their high turnover of employees is no doubt the same with their customers. A revolving door.

I've been with this bank since 2001 & have had great service from this bank ever since.In 2010 when my Mother had passed away on me,I had to close out my account from when I started in 2001 & had to start a whole new account at the location in Tooele,Utah.I've been with Wells Fargo ever since.If you ever have to need any banking services or are planning to start a new checking account or savings account,then Wells Fargo's the bank for you.
