My elderly father went to this Wells Fargo and what a terrible pathetic experience. The only thing my 81 year old father went in to this location was to ask for help to get and check the balance of his account and confirm if the house mortgage payment went through appropriately as he received an email from Wells Fargo that this did not happen.The female manager acted bothered by my elderly father just asking for help. She closed the door on her office and asked my father to wait. My father sat down and began timing her “work” as she was too busy to assist my 81 year old father. The manager proceeded to open the door to her office, and friend of hers walked in and they chatted together doing no work just chatting and laughing away having a good time. When she did decide to finally speak to my dad, she said she couldn’t help with anything. She told my dad to just go online. The reason my dad was there he was having problems with going online since he’s 81 years old and needed assistance in person. What a complete despicable manager at this Wells Fargo. After this experience, we as a family are closing all Wells Fargo accounts and moving elsewhere.

I live in northern Wyoming, but I travelled to greater SLC area to car shop. When I settled on a vehicle, I visited this nearby Wells Fargo location to make sure I could get a cashiers check processed. A woman named Terri confirmed I could, talked me through the process, and when I later returned having completed the final negotiations, Terri wrote me a cashiers check. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we chatted a bit about her beloved Mazda, and she made me feel confident in my purchase. I am now a proud owner of a 2019 Subaru, which I have chosen to name Terri. Thanks, Terri!

Went in to deposit some bonds and the manager turned me away because they were “too busy” and “it would take too long.” I’ve never been more angry. They were too busy to perform a bank task because they had too many bank tasks to perform. 0/10

Discrimination from Barbara. At drivethru As soon as she saw me, asked me for passport and multiple forms of ID plus debit card cuz of my accent and color of skin, another white person arrived and only asked for debit card.Asked for manager to another banker and denied saying it was by appointment only.Not cool. Closing my business account. Service at wells fargo is being getting worst

I am back in the USA after an year and I went to this branch to get a proof of address so I could renew my driver’s license. I called Wells Fargo 3 weeks ago asking to change my address in my account and that was not done, so a teller told me that one of the bankers could help me with a letter adding my address, but I didn’t have an appointment with the banker because I didn’t know I had to schedule for one. The teller said that she was going to ask one of the bankers to help me since this letter would only take a few minutes to have it done. Than a very rude woman appeared asking me what I wanted there, than I explained to her and she said that she couldn’t help me because I didn’t have an appointment. I explained to her that this would only take a few minutes and she again very rude said that she could not help me and that I needed to find another way. I went after her in her office and asked for her name and her position, she said her name was SARAH RASMUSSEN and she smashed the door in my face. I am calling Wells Fargo to make a complaint and now I am calling the branch to get her manager’s and her district manager’s information so they know how rude their employee is. Since I’m back to the US I’m going to close my accounts at Wells Fargo because I don’t want to make business with rude peopleUpdate after a week; I made a complaint about this awful lady to Wells Fargo on the phone to the company, I answered this person’s reply on my review, reached out to the manager and District manager and nobody seems to care. Closing my account!

I'd rather drive to the Draper branch 20 min then deal with these people at this location. Draper knows great customer service, take some lessons it will benefit you greatly ?

If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolute horrible experience getting a mortgage loan with these people. Specifically ERVIS HYSOLLI IS TERRIBLE. He has not been personable since day one, seems inconvenienced by us wanting to work with him, due to waiting on him traveling internationally we were subject to interest rate jumps because he wasn't available to lock in our rate during normal business hours. He doesn't seem to care about the customer experience and was so unwilling to help or be flexible in helping us find the best option. DO NOT USE WELLS FARGO!!!!

Terrible service! Always under staffed, they closed the other branch in town after COVID and now this bank is a joke…Currently standing in line with ten people, drive thru is full and they have 3 tellers and there is no one else in the whole bank..it always like this here. Figure it out Wells Fargo!

Jake Ackley, says he works in customer service but knows nothing about it. I went in for a simple name change. Teller states he needs branch manager to perform said services. Jake refused to help me because it would be better for me to come back at 2:30 when he was done with his lunch break. I explained to teller that I left work in order to get this done as quickly as possible and the importance of getting this done now. Teller said Jake reiterated for me to come back after he was done with his lunch. I have been a customer of Wells since 2006 which is way longer than Jake has been with Wells. I'm disappointed with the customer service I received today and I still didn't get my name changed on my account.
